What You'll Do Safely drive a company vehicle to deliver and pick up construction materials from jobsites and local suppliers. During the academic year, the girls are in school from 8:15 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., while their brother enjoys a morning of active play, lunch, and a 12:30‑2:30 p.m. nap. He will likely be in preschool part-time in the fall. They keep busy in the summer with camps, tutoring sessions, and other morning activities for the older children. To give the parents concentrated time with the children, the nanny will handle everyday household tasks such as packing lunches, doing the dishes (sometimes from the night before to allow parents to spend more quality time with the kiddos), family laundry, light tidying (wiping counters, spot‑vacuuming), running errands, grocery shopping and other organizational projects that keep the home running smoothly. They follow a gluten-free diet and keep a nut-free home due to food allergies and appreciate a nanny who can be vigilant in the kitchen. A weekly cleaning service manages deep cleaning. Mom will be in and out of the home and seeks a nanny who can collaborate gracefully and shift gears between childcare and household support. Flexibility is key for this position! The family travels approximately 5-6 times per year and would love for their nanny to join! Travel is primarily domestic, with some international trips sprinkled in the mix. Trips are typically over spring break, summer, in the fall and around the holidays. Overnights will be expected about once per month for up to 3 nights max.
