Responsibilities:
Build successful relationships with our Investment, Product, Data and other team members to understand the impact of business and technology risk on critical business processes
Perform risk reviews during various processes such as Risk Control and Self Assessments (RCSAs), Process Level Assessments (PLA), Exceptions, Applications, Targeted Risk Assessments and recommend on risk mitigation activities.
Influence leaders within Investments, Compliance, Product, Data, Cyber, second line risk organizations, and Internal Audit on key technology risks and actions as needed

What You'll Do:
The Mobile Crisis Responder works as a member of a community based mobile crisis response team providing mental health assessment to a wide variety of individuals who are experiencing a mental health crisis in a variety of settings, as well as ensuring follow up care. The candidate is required to work in tandem with a Mobile Crisis Therapist, and very closely with local law enforcement in the prevention of detention by law enforcement, inappropriate use of emergency services, and psychiatric hospitalization. Mobile Crisis Responders will provide crisis stabilization services to a variety of individuals in a variety of settings. Job Description
The Assistant & Teaching Professional essential responsibilities include:
-Welcoming members and guests in the pro shop and around the club, anticipating and assisting with their needs.
-Working with the tee sheet and point of sale software, performing all opening and closing procedures, handling cash, and coordinating with the accounting office, as needed.
-Monitoring pace of play for the enjoyment of our guests.
-Scheduling, mentoring, and overseeing the golf club and outdoor services staff.
-Implementing club policies and procedures.
-Organizing and conducting golf tournaments, including event planning, promotion, course set-up, preparation, scoring, prize distribution, and follow-up.
-Managing the golf cart fleet and practice facility.
-Create a customer service-oriented atmosphere that promotes the game of golf and meets the needs of guests.
-Coordinating with F&B staff to help schedule Beverage Cart operations and to facilitate seamless coordination of golf events.
-Manage merchandising operations, to include inventory control, ordering, receiving, displays, and sales.
-Any and all other duties assigned by the club's owners.
-Serve as a role model to the entire golf team by demonstrating an unwavering enthusiasm, positive disposition, strong work ethic and professional image at all times.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university preferred; with commensurate golf industry knowledge and skills and/or 1-3 years' experience in relevant positions (e.g., Assistant Golf Professional, Teaching Professional, Tournament Coordinator, Pro Shop Manager)
-Fundamental knowledge of the game of golf, golf facility operations, and tournament operations.
-Computer, point of sale, and tournament software experience (Microsoft Suite and Golf Genius, preferred)
-High degree of personal ethics and professional integrity
-Must have high energy, team player, eagerness to learn and grow, be proactive in carrying out tasks and solving problems
-Must successfully complete pre-employment background check

MHS provides enrolled students an amazing multitude of athletic opportunities, with access to state-of-the-art facilities and programs led by committed coaching staffs. MHS offers Varsity, JV, Junior High, and Recreational teams for 15 sports and intramural programs. Athletic programs begin in Elementary and Middle Division and culminate to the Senior Division Varsity level. Our program has produced many successful seasons ending with Mid Penn Conference, PIAA District III, and PIAA State Championships. Many athletes also advance to play at the college level after graduation from MHS.
MHS is currently seeking a **Junior High (7th and 8th Grade) Football Head Coach for Fall 2026.** Qualified applicants should exhibit commitment to high achievement and support for all students in a diverse, multi-cultural environment. This is a one-year ancillary position with the opportunity to be retained for more years, and the season runs from August to October with practices Monday through Friday from 3:30 pm-6:00 pm. Games are held once week, most commonly from 4:00 pm to 6:30 pm. Off-season work is flexible and necessary for this position.
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
+ Driver's license required.
+ At least 3 years of successful coaching experience or experience playing football at the collegiate level.
+ Demonstrated knowledge of current coaching techniques, rules and regulations, and training theory of the sport.
+ Demonstrated ability to teach beginner skills while also developing various skill level athletes in a positive and professional manner.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse youth.
+ Experience working with students from disadvantaged backgrounds is preferred.
+ Demonstrated skills in providing safe, structured skill development practice and playing experiences, while also developing high character student athletes.
+ Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
+ Strong organizational and planning skills are required.
+ Must demonstrate and uphold high ethical standards, serving as a role model and commitment to student engagement.
+ Must be willing to actively engage with students beyond the scope of their job responsibilities.
