Summers in the Ozarks are typically hot and humid, with temperatures often reaching the upper 80s to mid-90s. Afternoon thunderstorms are common. Much of the intern's work will take place outdoors, including programming on gravel bars along the river, so comfort working in summer conditions is essential.
Basic amenities are available in Marshall, Arkansas, located approximately 25 minutes from park housing. Marshall offers a grocery store, banks, gas stations, and a small selection of restaurants. Additional services, including medical care, a wider variety of grocery stores, dining options, and retail shopping, are available in Harrison, Arkansas, about a 45-minute drive from park housing.
The communities surrounding Buffalo National River provide excellent access to outdoor recreation. Within a 30-minute drive, interns can enjoy hiking, camping, and paddling opportunities along America's first national river. Buffalo National River protects 135 miles of free-flowing river and more than 90,000 acres of land. Nearby U.S. Forest Service lands and several state parks further expand recreational opportunities.
For those seeking urban amenities, the Northwest Arkansas cities of Fayetteville, Springdale, and Bentonville, as well as Branson, Missouri, are within a two-hour drive and offer a variety of shopping, dining, arts, and entertainment options.
This internship includes a balanced mix of office and field work, with approximately 50% of time spent in each setting. The intern must be able to commute independently to and from the duty station. No other interns will be assigned to this location, though seasonal park employees may report to the duty station. A government vehicle will be available for official travel within the park during work hours.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:
Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the telephone using the Company's standardized customer service techniques.

Follow proper procedures when cashing out a customer's ticket to include a review of the completed multi-point inspection and explanation of applicable warranties.
Conduct post repair and declined services follow up phone calls to ensure customer satisfaction for all individual customers.
Track all new returns, core returns and warranty parts for individual customers
Other duties as assigned

Job Purpose and Scope:
To provide exceptional service to bank customers in a positive and upbeat manner. And to handle transactions in a professional manner with accuracy in an expedient manner in expedient manner in accordance with bank policy and applicable laws and regulations.
Essential Job Functions:
Responsible for handling teller transactions in a timely and accurate manner in a positive and professional manner in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Understands and keeps informed of bank products and services. Identifies possible customer needs and refers customer to other areas of the bank for assistance as needed.
Ability to operate teller equipment with minimal supervision.
Maintains teller window in a neat and organized manner.
Balances the teller window on a daily basis in accordance with policy. If applicable, reports teller differences to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
Responsible for processing proof in an accurate and efficient manner at the branch level as needed.
Responsible for counting, packaging and controlling money in accordance with bank procedures.
Handles miscellaneous duties as assigned by branch manager which may include but are not limited to: sales of cashier's checks, money orders, etc.
Responsible for compliance with the bank's security procedures. Understands robbery and extortion instructions. Remains alert for security risks including money laundering, forgeries, robbery, fraud, counterfeit etc. and reports to appropriate personnel and external authorities as detailed in the bank's security policy.
Understands regulatory compliance issues related to the teller position including but not limited to Expedited Funds Availability (Reg CC), Bank Secrecy Act, Community Reinvestment Act (Reg BB) and other related regulations.
Responsible for understanding bank services and products such that the customer or prospective customer has confidence in the information provided.
Ability to assist customer in problem resolution in a professional, courteous and timely manner.
Able to work alone opening the drive thru, closing the drive thru, and/or working Saturdays.
Any other duties as assigned by management with or without reasonable accommodation.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Strong customer service skills that include professional appearance and attitude.

Position Summary:
The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner is part of the healthcare team whose primary purpose is to provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning as well as prescribing medication when needed. The Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner also acts as support for patients and their families.
Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited school and obtain PMHNP License from a Nurse Practitioner program recognized by the Board of Nursing or from a program otherwise designated for Advanced Practice Nurses which has been approved by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, must have an active state license.
Must have current unrestricted license as a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with prescriptive authority.
