Pros of working at Harrison County Hospital

ER staff and nurses treated me well and I loved the floor tech Joseph. He made me laugh every day. I loved having security guards there with me at night and I loved getting to clean by myself!

Cons of working at Harrison County Hospital

Management is terrible. They talk about everyone behind their backs and retaliate against employees. The wages are low and benefits aren't great. Management never actually showed me any policies pertaining to my department but wanted to write me up for not complying to something I didn't know was policy. Out of frustration, I put in a 2 week notice after 90 days of employment and they "let me go" to retaliate. Managers have no idea how to be leaders-they jump to conclusions and don't mean it when they say they have an open door policy. Not all departments are alike but the managers should be sifted through and turned over for professionals who want to keep happy employees.
