We are seeking a dynamic leader for the role of Warehouse Legacy & Fulfillment Operations Supervisor. Oversee WSI employee schedules, personnel policies, and performance management. Address customer issues, assist in recruiting, and ensure effective team planning. Proctor meetings, oversee inventory processes, and maintain safety as the number one priority. This salary position will report to the Facility Manager and is on a Sunday-Thursday schedule, working from 7:00am - 3:30pm. Join our team for a positive impact and energetic leadership!
DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Manage schedules, including break times, timecards, PTO and time in the Customer Portal.
Oversee and assist in WSI Ops & personnel policies.
Manage performance and ensure dock meetings occur.

Assist in recruiting.
Ensure effective process, team planning, and sharing of days using CCT.
Review weekly financial questions and document issues.
Conduct monthly BPM meetings with other WSI Employees.

Ensure completion of all customer KPIs.
Cross-train to cover direct supervision for other WSI areas as needed.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Expert knowledge in receiving, putting away, wave planning, replenishment, picking, shipping, and troubleshooting.
Fulfillment experience in managing a high volume distribution account, and managing priorities that vary.
Experience utilizing a modern, full system-directed, task-driven, RF scanning environment - WMS system.
Knowledge of maintenance, cycle counting programs, inventory control adjustments, research, and reconciliation.
Ability to build, coach, and maintain a cohesive team.
Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 2 years of leadership experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
Powered Industrial Truck Certified (forklift, reach truck, order picker, walkie rider).
Knowledge of Excel spreadsheet, database management, and analytics.

* Preform preventive maintenance on various production equipment to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly
* Develop and refine preventive maintenance procedures for the equipment
* Properly maintain automation equipment, and associated machinery to designed standards
* Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions
* Troubleshoot and repair defective circuitry and electronic components

We Make Doors - Where they lead is up to you… Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Gathers the necessary materials, uses the appropriate hand tools, and operates applicable machinery and equipment in the various plants to support the assembly floor and the finished product while achieving production goals, quotas and objectives;
* Assists in the assembly operations as directed by management to achieve the goals and objectives of JELD-WEN
* Detects and reports defective materials or questionable conditions to appropriate plant personnel including, but not limited to, Group Leaders, or Group Managers or quality control personnel
* Labels finished products to match appropriate paperwork
* Maintains the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations per plant policies and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines
* This includes, but is not limited to, the use of safety glasses, ear plugs, masks, pants, close toed shoes, and associated safety equipment in order to be on the plant floor and assemble the product, and perform the job duties in a safe and efficient/effective manner; Reports unsafe conditions to appropriate supervision
* Performs other duties as assigned by management.
* Perform repetitive type assembly functions using hand or power tools, and applicable machinery and equipment to assist in the assembly of the JELD-WEN product line
* Retrieve raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products for proper assembly; Must check the quality of material pulled from raw stock and manufactured materials, and assure correct type, amount, and appropriate dimensions for assembly
* Places materials and parts in specified relationship to each other
Minimum Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to read a tape measure accurately
* Ability to multiply, divide, add and subtract
* Must have the ability to read and comprehend basic verbal and written instructions
* Ability to work in an environment where exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and machines, vibrations and loud noises.
* Ability to adhere to all safety protocols including OSHA guidelines as mentioned above are mandatory.
* Ability to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally and/or frequently lift and/or move stock, materials and unfinished and finished production oriented materials in and near their work areas that weigh between 10 and 75 pounds.
