What Do You Like About Working There?

I like that we have enough independance to get work done on a daily basis without a supervisor looking over my shoulder 8 hours a day. My workspace is clean, spacious and my co-workers pitch in when needed. People seem truly kind to one another and I'm satisfied with the direction the company is heading. What DON'T You Like About Working There?

The company has gone through a financial rough patch for some time now and pay increases have not been given out for many years. Some deserve more than others and I would hope that management will see who deserves a pay increase. Would like to see supervisors/managers take more advice from employees that could help better the company through these tough times. Show More
