Job Summary
The MDS Nurse uses independent judgment in the planning, organizing, directing, and evaluation of activities of the professional and supportive nursing staff engaged in resident plan of care. When functioning on the floor, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to patients. The RN demonstrates competency and practices within the full scope of nursing expertise/knowledge and utilizes appropriate age and population specific standards as designated in their assigned clinical setting. The RN cares for residents in all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment. The RN is responsible for the coordination of care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
The RN may serve as charge nurse and delegate appropriate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel that are within the job descriptions, skills, resident care needs, and the competence level of the delegate. As charge, the RN provides adequate assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care and resolution of care and service concerns.
The RN functions within the scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules in state of practice and licensure. Qualifications

In this role, you will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair rotary screw air compressors across a range of industrial environments. Key Responsibilities
Preventive Maintenance (PM): Perform scheduled PMs on rotary screw air compressors, including oil and filter changes, belt inspections, and lubrication.
Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues; replace/repair motors, drives, regulators, valves, separators, coolers, and control components.
Compressed Air Dryers: Service and repair refrigerated and desiccant dryers (heatless, heated, and blower purge), including dew point verification, drain systems, and desiccant media changes.
System Commissioning: Assist with start-up, commissioning, and performance verification of new compressor and dryer installations.
Controls & Electrical: Work with PLCs, VFDs, and microprocessor-based controls; read schematics and electrical diagrams to isolate faults.
Oil Analysis & Documentation: Perform oil sampling and maintain service records per warranty and OEM standards.
Customer Support: Provide on-site technical guidance, explain findings and corrective actions, and recommend system improvements.

Education Substitution: A master's (or higher) degree, or two or more years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree, or an LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited college or university; OR

Qualifications
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.

Required Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing, or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement. CNA training and certification required and provided by facility.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually. Maintains all department specific required certifications.
When applicable, for applicable states, certified and registered with the Unlicensed Assistive Person (UAP) Registry.
Dependent on facility and required responsibilities, this role may classify as a Sanford Category II Driver requiring a motor

Job Description
River Ridge Oral & Maxillofacial Surgical Center is looking for a highly motivated Oral Surgery Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership and clinical skills, along with the ability to effectively assist our surgeons during their clinical cases. He or she will play an active role in creating an excellent patient experience, start to finish.
Job Requirements
CPR-certified
High school Diploma
Dental Assisting Degree
DANB/DAANCE - preferred
Surgical Experience - preferred
Dental Assistance Experience - preferred
Qualifications for a River Ridge Oral Surgery Assistant:
Warm and outgoing personality
Work independently, but also as a team
Holding yourself accountable for your performance
Strong and effective communication
Knowledge and/or previous experience with dental software preferred, not required
Attention to detail
Self-motivated and an outstanding work ethic
Hard worker and able to stay on task at all times
Job Responsibility of a River Ridge Oral Surgery Assistant
Assist oral surgeon during oral and facial procedures
Preparing patient for treatment while being welcoming and compassionate
Review medical history with the patient
Recover patient after IV sedation procedure
Prepare treatment room for oral surgery procedures
Sterilize and prepare instruments for oral surgery procedures
Take CBCT scans/Panorex images
