Not a great company but what trucking company is? Admin people are as two faced as they come. You can tell that someone has said to employees, "pretend to a drivers face that you have respect for them and what they do." The problem is pretending takes a lot of skill and energy and t h at the people at this company don't have so in most interactions the true attitude towards you the driver can easily be seen.
Being treated like a misbehaving toddler, yet they use the word Profesional like a knife in your back constantly. If I'm a Profesional, treat me like one. Do you talk down to your Doctor or your Attorney or even the Plumber you call?
When I arrive home safely and scrub the stink of this industry off of me.
