Mr. Holder is skilled and experienced in preparing private companies for public offerings and in creating/realizing shareholder value through M&A as a public company CFO. I also provide highly effective financial strategy, fundraising, accounting/finance, internal controls, business development, leadership, and team building. I have led initiatives in corporate strategy, product development, regulatory, product launches, sales and marketing, product/pricing, information technology enhancements, and cost reduction as well as improvement initiatives in profits, capital structure, cashflows, process, and quality. Mr. Holder has served as an active board member of public and private companies in the life sciences, healthcare, technology, medtech, cybersecurity, and SaaS industries in the roles of Chairman, non-Executive Chairman, as well as an independent board director serving as Chair of Nominating, Audit and Compensation committees. I have also served on numerous non-profit boards including as a Board of Trustee for Parish Episcopal School where he also served on the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the school's Endowment Fund. Throughout my career, Mr. Holder has transacted more than $1.5B of M&A, IPOs, private equity, venture capital, and strategic partnership related transactions. I have also run a publicly traded life sciences company with a market capitalization up to $600M, a medtech company with a $325M P&L, and a life sciences investment company with $250M of allocated capital. Mr. Holder holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. Business Degree from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina. Mr. Holder obtained my CPA in the State of Texas (ID 067807).
