Essential Job Functions
Provide advanced technical support for the design, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical/electronic products.
Assist engineers with prototyping, validation, and verification activities during new product development.
Support continuation (sustaining) engineering by diagnosing and resolving issues with existing products and systems.
Perform component-level troubleshooting, rework, and assembly on printed circuit board assemblies and other electronic subassemblies.
Conduct and document product testing, including functional, environmental, and regulatory compliance testing.

+ Demonstrate ability to understand complex account interdependencies in order to develop both short- and long-term account plans in conjunction with a wide array of stakeholders, proactively working with the account team and supervisor (known as the Customer Team Leader) to effectively execute the account plan. Share learnings and best-practices from one customer to help other customers meet their needs.
+ Influence beyond their specific geography or product area demonstrate advanced ability to ask strategic, insightful questions to obtain information on customer needs from all stakeholders in oncology accounts, using the insights to position our company Oncology brands and collaborate with customers on a customized strategy.

**Regional Medical Scientific Director - Cardiovascular & Metabolism** The Cardiovascular & Metabolism Regional Medical Scientific Director (RMSD) is a credentialed (i.e., PhD, PharmD, DNP, MD) therapeutic and disease expert who engages in bidirectional exchange of scientific or medical information with Scientific Leaders (SLs). This MSL-type role provides balanced, factual, scientific information about non-product areas of interest to the Company and replies to scientific questions from SLs, including questions about Company products. The work of an RMSD is aligned to: Scientific Exchange, Research, Scientific Congress Support, and Scientific Insights.
Cardiovascular & Metabolism RMSDs liaise between the scientific community and the Company to enhance the comprehension of scientific foundations and goals for approved, in-development, and active Company-sponsored trials and/or investigator-sponsored research studies. The RMSD serves as a role model for other field medical team members in ways that include on-boarding and/or sharing of therapeutic expertise.
**Location details:** This role covers Illinois and Indiana. Candidates **must** reside within the territory with expected travel up to 50% within the territory.
**Responsibilities and Primary Activities**
**Scientific Exchange:**
+ Develops professional relationships and engages with national and regional SLs to ensure access to company-approved medical and scientific information on areas of therapeutic interest and Company products
+ Conducts peer-to-peer scientific discussions and maintains a reliable presence with those SLs to ensure they have a medical contact within the company

PURPOSE

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Accountable for developing long-term business partnerships with medium size accounts within the region;
* Oversee contract pricing and standardization, quoting price/discounts, and monitoring regional pricing to ensure alignment with regional and national guidelines and financial objectives;
* Develop and execute Account Business Plans for medium-size accounts, ensuring robust engagement and cultivating long-term relationships with radiology leaders, while collaborating with imaging managers, procurement, and Value Analysis Committees;
* Own sales objectives for mid-tier regional accounts, including revenue and gross margin, and contribute to overall regional sales performance;
* Lead the relationships with Radiology Leaders, Procurement, IT, Imaging Operations, and Value Analysis Committees across strategic parent and child accounts, supporting on-label discussions on Bayer products and orchestrating customers through large-scale group buying processes;
* Coordinate activation of necessary field team resources to support business expansion in collaboration with enabling functions and squad resources across 3 Centers of Gravity;
* Leverage analytics, dashboards, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to synthesize insights to inform opportunities and contribute to business reviews;
* Identify customer insights, healthcare trends, and account data to inform ongoing account strategies that drive measurable outcomes;
* Execute the defined Radiology Customer Engagement Process, ensuring all strategies and contracts are developed in compliance with Bayer policies, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards;

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Field Associate II is a field-facing role responsible for contributing to an R&D Field Trial program in crops such as corn, soybean, wheat, cotton, canola, and camelina, depending on the region. * Ensure safe and efficient operation of the research program in alignment with Bayer's HSE (Health Safety & Environment), Quality, Compliance and Stewardship requirements, and Business Code of Conduct and Ethics Standards;
* Collaborate with project team members to deliver detailed experimental protocols that enable advancement decisions by our scientists and product placement decisions for our customers;
* Use equipment like tractors and specialized planters, modified commercial harvesters, commercial drones, and other technologies and digital tools to collect, analyze, and deliver data on various agronomic traits in a timely manner throughout the growing season.
