Sr. SAP S/4HANA Materials & Logistics Configuration Analyst Team: Global Applications - Information Technology Hasbro is expanding its global digital capabilities with S/4HANA as the foundation of our enterprise operations. We are seeking a Senior Materials & Logistics Functional Lead to own and advance our global S/4HANA Materials Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), and Logistics Execution (LE) processes. This is a forward-looking role focused on building modern, scalable supply chain capabilities to support our growing Direct-to-Consumer and B2B operations worldwide. You will serve as the lead strategist and solution owner for procurement, inbound and outbound logistics, warehousing, and inventory processes. This role plays a key part in defining standards, shaping the roadmap, and ensuring that our S/4HANA capabilities drive operational excellence across Hasbro's global supply chain. This role will be hybrid in Rhode Island/Boston 3 days a week in the office. What You'll Lead - Act as the global process owner for S/4HANA MM/IM/LE, promoting adoption of S/4HANA-native functionality. - Define and maintain global process standards, documentation, and best practices across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and inventory management. - Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance accuracy, scalability, and efficiency in supply chain operations. - Support Hasbro's global digital roadmap across Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business channels. Solution Design & Delivery - Translate business strategies into scalable, S/4HANA-native functional designs for procurement, warehouse operations, goods movement, and outbound logistics. - Facilitate future-state design sessions that emphasize S/4HANA simplification concepts and best practices. - Oversee configuration, enhancements, and testing activities across the MM/LE landscape. - Develop and coordinate User Acceptance Testing, ensuring business alignment and readiness. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing, Finance, Sales, and other functions to deliver integrated end-to-end supply chain processes. - Guide external consultants, developers, and functional peers to ensure cohesive solution delivery across modules. - Support integrations with 3PL providers, Transportation Management Systems, Freight Payment systems, and other partners using IDoc, BAPI, ALE, and SAP Integration Suite. Governance & Continuous Improvement - Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials. - Drive standardization of business processes and development practices across the Global Applications team. - Lead initiatives that streamline material flows, improve warehouse efficiency, and optimize delivery and shipment processes. What You Bring - 5+ years of SAP MM/IM/LE configuration and functional solution design experience, with direct S/4HANA exposure preferred. - Strong understanding of procurement, materials management, inventory control, warehouse processes, and outbound logistics. - Expertise across key S/4HANA MM/LE functions, including Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Release Strategies, Goods Issue/Receipt, Delivery & Shipment Processing, and Warehouse Management concepts. - Familiarity with adjacent modules (Finance, SD) and end-to-end supply chain flows. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. - Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience. You will report to the Senior Technician Broadcast. **Responsibilities :** + Responsible for all interactive show technologies in shipwide venues, restaurants, and Youth Activities spaces + Take guidance from the Show Control Technician Shipwide for the maintenance of all show control equipment including intelligent and generic lighting, video projection and control systems, special effects equipment, pyrotechnics and show control systems + Assist with technical support for all shipwide groups including but not limited to lighting and show control systems programming, pyrotechnics, camera operating and vision mixing + Set up daily testing of show systems; operate and assist with show changeovers + Collect, receive, load and manage inventory of pyrotechnics product + Perform emergency abbreviated shows based on weather conditions, safety requirements, rehearsals and other altered technical requirements + Assist with events including load in and load outs, new show installations, equipment tests, vendor support, movie premiers, company events, and Cast Crossovers **Basic Qualifications :** + Minimum three years related experience preferably in corporate AV, Television or Theatrical or Concert Lighting + Trade school diploma or confirmed related experience required + Experience with basic programming, operation and maintenance of sophisticated nightclub/concert or television lighting systems, including moving lights + Basic understanding of serial communications, IT network infrastructure and IT programming + Experience with running performances via script based cues + Knowledge of video projection systems and theatrical special effects + Experience with Show Control systems, AMX, video playback and video servers, Hard Disk audio, and digital lighting consoles and software + Work with computer networking, computerized show control systems, SMPTE time code and MIDI controlled equipment an advantage + Experience with computer hardware related repairs and maintenance + Can work at heights, with heavy equipment and in an environment with second-hand smoke, haze, fog, dry ice, and other special effects **Additional Information :** This is a **shipboard** role You must: + Be genuinely interested in a career at sea and willing to live and work onboard a Disney Cruise Line vessel + Be willing to follow and perform safety role, emergency responsibilities and associated responsibilities as specified in the ship Assembly Plan + Be willing to uphold the general safety management responsibilities as specified in the Safety Management System in areas and operations under their control + If applicable, be willing to share a confined cabin with other crew members and appreciative of working and living in a multicultural environment that has strict rules and regulations Your Responsibilities: + Have a valid passport and C1/D Seaman's visa (DCL will provide you with documents to obtain this) + Complete a pre-employment medical + Obtain a criminal background check + Bring approved work shoes Disney Cruise Line is a drug-free workplace.
