Overview
This is not a traditional administrative role. As the Executive Associate supporting the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer, you will serve as a trusted right hand and critical resource for the CFO/COO and their leadership team. This role blends administrative excellence, project coordination, and business exposure, offering an accelerated pathway into Hasbro's Finance, Supply Chain, or Technology organizations. A Day In The Life:
Executive and Team Support
Manage complex calendars, travel, and communications for the CFO/COO with accuracy, discretion, and professionalism.
Coordinate and prepare materials for leadership meetings, ensuring follow-ups and decisions are documented and tracked.
Serve as a primary liaison between the CFO/COO, their direct reports, and key internal stakeholders - ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely execution.
Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication, scheduling, and coordination for the broader Finance and Operations leadership team.
Professional Development and Exposure
Work closely with the CFO/COO and their leadership team to gain insight into financial management, operational execution, and corporate strategy.
Attend select meetings with the CFO/COO or leadership team, taking notes and following up on actions to support continuity and accountability.
Participate in project work that deepens your understanding of Hasbro's business, with exposure to Finance, Supply Chain, and Technology functions.
Project and Process Support
Assist in managing special projects, preparing executive summaries, presentations, and status updates.
Support the execution of initiatives that enhance efficiency, communication, and strategic alignment within the CFO/COO organization.

What You'll Bring

What You'll Do:
Evaluate constrained supply and unconstrained demand and build supply plans to maximize capacity utilization and revenue opportunities while minimizing the risk of obsolescence across 25+ global warehouses and 40+ global business units. Achieve and maintain a 95%+ service level of supply to demand for assigned items/brands.
Procure all of Hasbro's finished goods for assigned items/brands globally while working to mitigate the risk of excess through global inventory transfers, helping to achieve organizational goal of $20M+ annual inventory moves at cost.
Identify, communicate, and resolve supply challenges impacting demand cross functionally and globally. Work with Project Management, Engineering, Global Brand Marketing, Demand Planning, and other functions to proactively charge potential issues that may negatively impact Hasbro's ability to meet its customer's expectations including the initiation and evaluation of tooling.
Manage and improve processes within Global Supply Chain Planning and related disciplines. Achieve 95% master data accuracy KPI by leading the creation and maintenance of master data items such as capacity, minimum order quantity, lead time and transit time in SAP. Participates in smaller scale continuous improvement projects to build confidence and skills.
