A true servant leader who leads through listening first, Troy is an operationally-focused, grounded and curious executive who’s passionate about making decisions based on personal and corporate values.Troy’s progressive career spans 25 years, most recently as the CFO and current member of Haselden Construction’s Board of Directors. Troy believes, “No one can do great things alone,” and he is proud to have worked for 17 years with the dynamic team at Haselden, a company that places the values of relationships, entrepreneurship and a sense of family right next to profitability and achievement. As comfortable in the field as he is in the boardroom, Troy understands that strategies founded on solid values and behaviors will produce extraordinary results. He challenges conventional perspectives while keeping the core strategic plan in view, so that both a company and its employees are inspired and aligned. In one of his proudest achievements outside the office, Troy brought his entrepreneurial spirit to bear as one of six parents to found the Aspen View Academy: a tuition-free Pre-K charter school in Castle Rock, Colorado focused on caring for students as whole-persons by cultivating their hearts, minds, skills and habits for long term success. Troy has served as the Treasurer since 2011. Aspen View Academy is now home to 850 full time students.Troy strives for integrity, faith and fun in everything he does. A committed husband and father, Troy loves seeing true joy in his kids and getting outside to ski in the winter and camp in the summer.And, he loves a good challenge.
