In this role, you will coordinate and delivers/facilitates Craft Field Technical Training and supplements delivery of Field Leadership Training and provides facilitation of Jobsite Safety Training that support strategic goals by enhancing Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA's) of the field PCE, Craft, Construction Operations, and Support personnel.
Job Responsibilities:
* Takes a leadership role in the delivery of craft training in the field (on the jobsite) by demonstrating techniques, mentoring craft professionals, and reinforcing safe work practices in coordination with field supervisory leadership.
* Manages and executes the delivery of craft training materials, including hands-on exercises, performance verifications, and jobsite demonstrations utilizing NCCER-generated and/or customized training curriculum.
* Monitors results of craft training participants (metrics and analytics) and collects feedback on training effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
* Determines and applies the most effective training methods - including hands-on jobsite instruction, demonstrations, and skills assessments - tailored to craft team members in real project environments.
* Confers with management to deliver critical craft and safety training offerings, aligned with project needs and workforce development goals.
* Administers testing and evaluation procedures (including NCCER Knowledge and Performance Verifications) to validate craft skills and compliance.
* Provides facilitation of required jobsite safety training with construction operations and support personnel.
* Travels to project sites approximately 70% of the time to deliver training where the work is being performed.
Education/Experience:
* 8+ years of field construction experience is required, with a core craft mechanical background strongly preferred.
* Prior superintendent or foreman-level experience overseeing and developing site crews is a major plus.
* Strong background in jobsite safety and workforce development.
* Experience delivering training or mentoring crews in the field.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, License, Certifications:
* NCCER Craft or Instructor Certification strongly preferred; significant field training experience may substitute.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Spanish bilingual a strong plus.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build credibility with craft professionals.
* Highly organized and able to manage training schedules across multiple projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading and directing a team with a proven record of successful projects and managing large complex projects or multiple projects while overseeing the work of one or more project managers.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Oversees construction operations at the Market level to ensure profit, schedule, quality and safety expectations are met.
* Directly responsible for project assignment, performance review, terminating and developing of the following direct report positions: Director of Construction, Senior Project Manager and Project Manager II.
* Indirectly responsible for recruiting, hiring, developing of the following direct report positions: Director of Construction, Senior Project Manager and Project Manager II
* Leads and/or participates in weekly coordination meetings with the Market Leader, Vice President - Construction, and direct reports.
* Responsible for approval of Market warranty expenditures, insurance waivers and early payment release waivers up to limits set forth by company policy.
* Participates in the establishment of construction policy and procedures at the Construction & Manufacturing Group level.
* Assures project team training and adherence to policies relative to subcontracting, owner changes, contract terms and conditions, risk management and construction means and methods.
* Makes recommendations and provides support for project staffing and training for Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager I, and Superintendent positions.
* Performs detailed review of (and reports issues with) Market's Planning and Development proposed project deliverables including estimates, scopes of work, design documents and contracts.
* Provides leadership and direct involvement when potential claim issues arise.
* Makes recommendations to the project team for construction techniques, design details, self-perform work, as well as dispute resolution, including subcontractor performance, job site supervision, owner relations and contractual obligations.
* Audits and oversees adequacy of subcontractor insurance coverage for all assigned projects including enforcement of policy of enrollment in subcontract default insurance (SDI), bonds, and securing specialinsurance coverage when needed.
* Verifies accuracy of cost reporting. Investigates and directs corrective action in areas of indicated cost overruns. Oversees compliance of payment requisitions, receivables and collections.
* Performs necessary project inspections of the Market's projects to ensure company policy and contract compliance.

Conduct one on one touchbases with direct reports on a regular basis
Identify any reoccurring tasks not yet captured within the JSM and update the PM Confluence Documentation and Jira automation for tracking purposes
Identify, create and/or update any gaps in Confluence knowledge base in regards to ticket resolution
Maintain appropriate canned responses for ticket resolution
Provide data on ticket numbers and details as requested by management
Communicate any issues/concerns/suggestions to improve any of the areas of responsibilities listed above to the Director of IT Experience

Position Responsibilities
Perform layout, welding, and assembly of hydronic piping systems, including steel, stainless steel, and copper materials
Install and secure piping systems for hydronic heating and cooling, ensuring proper alignment and function
Read, interpret and follow blueprints, diagrams, engineering drawings, specifications, and other written instructions and procedures
Ensure all installations adhere to code and Power Design's standards of quality, safety, and best practices
Here's What We're Looking For
Familiarity with hydronic system components, including boilers, pumps, and piping required
Strong understanding of welding and fabrication standards for plumbing and HVAC systems
Educational training completed through an accredited program or 3+ years of equivalent work experience
One or more of the following certifications required: 6g Pipe Welding, NCCER Pipefitting/Welding, or CWF (Certified Welding Fabricator)
Proficient knowledge of the NCCER standards, local codes, and construction safety requirements
OSHA 30 certification preferred
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing high quality work
Ability to physically perform the essential functions of the job
Use of proper protective clothing or equipment worn at all times
