* Manages subcontractor and supplier performance issues including documentation, default notices, and replacement, if necessary
* Reviews and monitors project progress, quality and safety. Works with the superintendent and makes corrections as required to comply with contract and company policy and procedures
* Assists in the development of construction personnel through mentoring and on-the-job training
* Effectively manages project close-out tasks and any warranty work
Education/Experience:

• Work with the project superintendent in decisions as to construction meth-ods, equipment, and materials.
• Total responsibility for accuracy and timeliness of all field reports, including but not necessarily limited to Job Cost updates, Schedule updates, monthly status reports, etc.
• Expedite paperwork to ensure prompt payment of subs and suppliers, in-cluding making certain they have a clear understanding of all the require-ments related to prompt monthly payments and final payments.
• Making sure that an accurate and timely monthly application for payment gets delivered to the Owner each month and following up until payment is received.
• Working with the Superintendent, plan and conduct job meetings with Sub-contractors at least weekly for the primary purpose of determining:
A. Whether or not the work is on schedule and if its behind schedule, develop a plan for getting it back on schedule and keeping it there.
