    The Oracle Cloud Fusion Application Manager is responsible for the leadership, administration, and continuous improvement of our Oracle Cloud Fusion environment across Finance, Projects (PPM), Procurement, Supply Chain, EPM, and HCM. This role oversees Oracle Cloud Fusion application leads and works with AMS partners to ensure the successful configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Oracle Cloud solutions supporting our financial, project, and enterprise reporting needs. The Application Manager manages quarterly release cycles, coordinates testing and integrations, and collaborates cross-functionally with Business Intelligence, Application Development, Enterprise Architecture and Project Management teams. Job Responsibilities: * Lead the overall management, support, and optimization of Oracle Cloud Fusion applications across ERP (Financials, Procurement), PPM, SCM, HCM and EPM * Serve as primary liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and external AMS partners for Oracle Cloud operations and enhancements * Manage quarterly Oracle Cloud release cycles - including readiness reviews, regression testing, impact analysis, and communication of changes * Oversee change control, configuration management, and environment governance, ensuring alignment with internal IT and audit standards * Collaborate with Finance, Project Controls, and other business teams to translate business requirements into Oracle Cloud configurations and workflows * Manage AMS vendor performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, incident resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives * Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Integration teams to maintain efficient integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Boomi, and related platforms * Support reporting and analytics through OTBI, BI Publisher, FDI and other business intelligence tools * Provide functional and technical leadership to application analysts, system administrators, and business leads * Monitor Oracle Service Requests (SRs) and coordinate with Oracle Support to resolve production issues and apply recommended best practices * Ensure system security, data integrity, and compliance with corporate governance, audit, and segregation-of-duties (SoD) standards * Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and adoption of new Oracle capabilities * Travel as required * Other duties which may be assigned as needed * Supervises others Education & Years of Experience: * Bachelor's degree in computer information systems, Information Technology, or a related field.10+ years of progressive experience supporting and managing Oracle ERP applications, with 5+ years in a leadership or application management role * Oracle Cloud certifications in Financials and PPM To thrive in this role, you'll need: * Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion applications including strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Fusion Financials, including General Ledger, Intercompany, Multi-Currency, and other core Finance modules (AP, AR, CM, FA) * Proven experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and working knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) * Experience managing Oracle Cloud quarterly release cycles, including regression testing, impact assessments, and coordination with functional and technical teams * Demonstrated experience managing Application Managed Services (AMS) partners and ensuring SLA-driven delivery, system performance, and continuous improvement * Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or Boomi, and understanding of data flows across ERP, PPM, and EPM ecosystems * Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) or Design-Build / EPC organizations preferred * Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing techno/functional teams; establish governance frameworks for configuration management, change control, and release readiness * Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion architecture, configurations, and coexistence across modules (Financials, PPM, Procurement, HCM) * Skilled in translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions and communicating effectively with executives and end users * Excellent diagnostic and decision-making skills to address production issues, performance, and optimization * Knowledge of SaaS security principles, access controls, segregation of duties, and audit governance * Familiarity with BI tools (OTBI, BI Publisher) and middleware/integration platforms (OIC, REST APIs) * Ability to manage competing priorities, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on-time delivery of system enhancements and releases * Proven ability to manage Oracle support (SRs, MOS), AMS vendors, and internal business stakeholders to ensure alignment with enterprise objectives At Haskell, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, professional development opportunities, and more. Job Responsibilities: * Assists project directors in responding to RFP's including the preparation of conceptual estimates, schedules, and other proposal documents. Participates in client presentations if required * Monitors the progress of design documents. Participates in design review meetings and provides input regarding constructability, as well as scope and cost changes * Prepares detailed estimates, cost code input, and cost control systems * Responsible for preparing bid packages and invitation to bid inquiries, receiving and analyzing bids, qualifying subcontractors, and awarding subcontracts and major purchase orders * Works with the director of construction and construction core personnel to establish job organization including the superintendent and PCE requirements * Plans, sequences, and schedules the project with input from the superintendent and subcontractors. Manages the project schedule, conducts job site meetings, and prepares updated schedules * Responsible for project cost control including updating labor cost reports, summary cost reports, and project status summaries * Coordinates requirements of governing authorities for permits, inspections, and final approval of the project with A/E * Maintains submittal control, including scheduling, receiving, reviewing, approving, and expediting submittals from suppliers and subcontractors to comply with the progress schedule * Manages client relations, including progress meetings, correspondence, periodic reports, change orders, and responses to client inquiries * Prepares requisitions for payment and other required project invoicing. Maximizes project cash flow through invoicing and collections * Prepares and secures owner acceptance of contract change orders. Issues modifications to subcontracts and purchase orders after owner acceptance and updates budget in the summary cost report * Manages payments to subcontractors and vendors, including reviewing and approving schedules of value, pay requisitions, invoices, and required insurance coverage * Manages subcontractor and supplier performance issues including documentation, default notices, and replacement, if necessary * Reviews and monitors project progress, quality and safety. Duties • Champions “The Layton Way” by delivering predictable outcomes for internal teams, external teams, and customers. • Ensures that “Constructing with Integrity” is delivered by working with honesty, unity, safety, and quality of work. • Works well with Layton's “Two in the Box” application working well with your counterpart (Superintendent) to ensure successful project delivery and to strengthen client relationship. • Assists in the preparation of estimates for the project and prepares project budget. • Leads the project team in preparing the project management plan (PMP) and organizes and conducts pre-award and pre-construction meetings • Participates in value engineering services as appropriate, negotiation and preparation of project subcontracts, and responsible for obtaining permits and resolving other regulatory requirements as necessary. • Prepares a project schedule and develops milestones necessary to successfully complete the project in concert with the project superintendent. • Controls the contract documents and determines their completeness and consistency and plans the successful execution of the construction contract. • Manages project materials and equipment procurement within the project's budget and consistent with the project delivery schedule. • Monitors the project site for quantity, cost, safety, quality, and schedule performance with the project Superintendent and develops and monitors project quality, safety, and risk management plans. • Negotiates owner and subcontractor change orders and manages the resulting cost and profit impact. • Develops the monthly client pay requests and follows up on collection. • Controls the payment of job costs based on document review and approval. Coordinates with the job cost accountant for payments and lien releases and participates in monthly accounting and project reviews. • Manages all final close out procedures for the project including as-built drawings, close out, letter of substantial completion, and letter of recommendation. • Interacts with Estimating to provide project cost information for the estimating database. • Manages client relationship and all meetings with client. • Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field, or the equivalent education and experience. Preferably at least 5 years experience working in commercial construction. Healthcare construction experience is a PLUS. Understands estimating concepts to the level required to verify bids, understand market rates, and to process change orders, etc. Understands contractual language and concepts and how to protect the company while providing quality service to the client and has a working knowledge of construction laws and practices. Understands building codes and other design requirements as well as plans, blueprints, and specifications. Effective working as a team member and knows how to delegate to other team members to achieve organizational and customer goals. Skilled at making verbal and written presentations and communications with others.
