Job Qualifications: • Strong written/verbal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers. • Ability to work with computers in word processing and property management software, preferably P6 • Strong prioritization and organizational skills • Ability to multi-task • Design-build experience a plus Job Requirements: • BS or BA in one of the following fields: Civil Engineering, Building Construction, Construction Management, Architecture, Architectural Engineering. • Reliable transportation with a valid state-issued driver's license and current liability vehicle insurance • Report to work on time with a neat and professional appearance and be courteous and pleasant to residents and associates at all times. • Ability to clear a background screen, MVR, and drug test Physical Demands: Inspection of Property will include walking and climbing of stairs.
