Provide in-home services and utilize telehealth as needed

Practitioner is qualified through work experience if the practitioner has either:

We have an exciting opportunity to support our outpatient rehab clinic at M Health Fairview Highland Park Clinic in St. Paul! The rehabilitation technician is responsible for assisting therapists in providing safe, efficient, and effective delivery of patient care by preparing patients for their therapy session, assisting therapists with patient transfers, assisting with rehab equipment during therapy sessions, ordering equipment and supplies, and performing clerical tasks as directed.
* FTE 0.375, authorized for 30 hours per pay period.
* Schedule: Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - 6:30pm.
Fairview Rehabilitation offers a range of services that serve patients across 10 acute-care hospitals, 3 post-acute settings and 70 outpatient adult and pediatric therapy clinics. Consisting of Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy as well as Audiology and Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehab, our therapists collaborate with colleagues in all medical settings and offer dozens of specialty programs.

Responsibilities
* Under supervision of the therapist, assesses patients' needs and identifies patients' ability to participate in treatment each day.
* Implements assistance with plan of care as directed by the therapist
* Communicates with the therapist recommendations/need for revision/update of plan of care as determined by physicians or nursing staff.
* Coordinates care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team to achieve desire outcomes.
* Under the direct supervision of the therapist, provides treatment interventions based on the patients plan of care
* Assists with treatment interventions, including patient transfers, patient monitoring, and exercise monitoring as directed by the therapist
* Coordinates care and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team to achieve desired outcomes.
* Identifies patient's/family's educational needs and communicates needs to the therapist.
* Assists therapist with treatment equipment for use in patient treatment.
* Prepares, maintains and cleans department/treatment areas in compliance with appropriate polices related to infection control, safety regulations and other established guidelines.
* Completes cleaning per schedule
* Stocks supplies
* Completes maintenance, temperature and safety checklist
* Safely transports, transfers and/or escorts patients.
* Follows proper procedure when completing/assisting with patient transfers to insure safety of patient and self
* Uses appropriate and safe body mechanics
* Transports assigned patients in a safe and timely manner
* Demonstrates awareness of and complies with departmental standards for productivity, charges, attendance and time management/prioritization
* Participates in department/facility process/quality improvement initiatives.
* Completes scheduling functions as assigned
* Produces efficient and accurate schedules and associated reports
* Records and updates schedule changes accurate
* Communicates changes to all involved staff in a timely manner
* Participates actively in department problems solving, coordination patient schedule for multiple disciplines
* Seeks out solution to time conflicts directly through parties involved and other available resources.
Required Qualifications
* Completion of two years towards bachelor's degree in health/exercise-related field
* Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Constant attention to detail while seeking out opportunities to help other people
• Welcome guests to CHS Field with positive energy and courteousness
• Provide event information and general ballpark directions
• Check tickets and show fans to their seats
• Engage disruptive guests regarding their behavior relative to ballpark policy
• Bolster ballpark policies and safety procedures while maintaining a calm voice through occasionally emotional situations
• Respond promptly to customer needs and/or requests for assistance
• Guide fans to ballpark locations such as Fan Services, restrooms, water fountains and concession stands
• Navigate through assigned seating areas - including stairs at times - to assists with guest issues and questions
• Wipe wet seats or surfaces for guests during or after inclement weather
• Assist in maintaining a clean ballpark by picking up litter from the concourse or restrooms
REQUIREMENTS:
• Availability to work a minimum of 35 of the 75 home games
• Working mainly nights including several weekends and summer holidays

• Genuine enjoyment working in a team environment with a variety of people
• Recognize and resolve conflicts, while performing essential job functions
WORKING CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT:
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold and rain
• Standing or navigating the concourse for extended periods, sometimes in a busy and noisy environment
• This is a seasonal, part-time position with expected pay $16.50 per hour
• Hours vary according to game and event schedule. Report time is two hours before the start of the game and concludes approximately 15-30 minutes following a game. Certain games, like Friday Night Fireworks or rain delayed games, may require longer shifts
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: High school diploma preferred
• Experience: Prior customer service, entertainment venue experience preferred
