Interns will gain hands-on experience, collaborate with professionals, and work on impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Our internship is intended for rising seniors and graduate students enrolled in a degree-seeking program, with graduation expected after the internship program concludes. This internship position will assist with content management, website coordination, and website development to enhance team workflows and site performance. They will gain hands-on experience with Sanity CMS, Digital Marketing best practices, documentation writing, and stakeholder research while supporting process improvements. Their contributions will strengthen documentation practices and streamline coordination across Digital Marketing campaigns and projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Learn to set up and utilize our local website dev ops stack.
Write and organize effective process documentation.
Learn the Sanity CMS user interface and provide supplemental support for internal requests.
Learn and follow best practices for website operations.
Required Education and Experience
In pursuit of a bachelor's degree or graduate-level degree.
Preferred Education and Experience
Junior and graduate-level students preferred (graduating between December 2026 and May 2027).
Previous internship experience is nice to have but not necessarily required.
Foundational skills with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
Background education in one of the following: Digital Marketing, Frontend Web Development, website content management, and Web design.
Experience with content management systems like WordPress, Sanity, Contentful, etc.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

In-office expectations

Zipline's Software Systems Validation team ensures that all the software powering our autonomous delivery aircraft works reliably, safely, and as intended in the real world. What You'll Do
* Support the design and execution of test scenarios across the autonomous software stack to validate system-level requirements
* Help develop and improve validation tools, workflows, and automation
* Build basic visualizations or metrics that highlight performance trends, gaps, or regressions
* Work with test infrastructure and data platform teams to run validation pipelines
* Analyze results and contribute to identifying root causes of failures or unexpected behavior
