**What you'll do**
+ Get hands-on experience creating and maintaining EHS programs, including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures.
+ Assist in auditing LOTO systems and updating safety documentation to ensure OSHA compliance.
+ Analyze emissions and temperature data from Regenerative Thermal Oxidizers (RTOs) to support environmental reporting and compliance.
+ Gain experience preparing state-level emissions reports and EPA permitting documentation.
+ Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for safety incidents and near-misses, contributing to corrective action planning.
+ Use Microsoft Excel to manage and analyze EHS data, track compliance metrics, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
**What makes you a good fit**
+ Undergraduate student graduating in 2027, 2028 or 2029 or master's / graduate student pursuing a degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Industrial Engineering, Occupational Health & Sciences or similar
+ Microsoft Excel - Proficient in data analysis, charting, and reporting for EHS metrics.
+ Root Cause Analysis - Preferred experience through coursework or internships.
+ EPA Permitting - Familiarity with environmental permitting and regulatory reporting (preferred).
+ OSHA Regulations - Understanding of key safety standards, including JSA and LOTO (preferred).
