We have an exciting opportunity for a Material Handler in our South Elgin, IL facility. The Material Handler is responsible for moving products to their designated locations within the facility. Additional responsibilities include helping with skidding and crating of machines and driving company vehicles to pick up and deliver materials locally.

Fulfill order or delivery tickets
Promptly retrieve items from storage when needed
Maintain the correct stock levels per the stock list
Store & retrieve customer supplied components
Use a variety of computer software to fulfill responsibilities

Haumiller Engineering has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Controls Engineer i n our Belvidere, IL facility. The Sr. Controls Engineer is responsible for creating electrical, pneumatic, and software designs for automated assembly and testing equipment that meet the objectives of the concept and mechanical design specifications. This position requires a minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience with 4 years' robotic experience.
This position is 100% onsite and based in our Belvidere, IL facility. Depending on workload, this position may require occasional travel to work at our South Elgin, IL location.
What You Will Do:
• Plans and performs a variety of duties requiring knowledge and skill with equipment including: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), HMI control, instrumentation, sensors, variable frequency drives, stepper/servo drives, motor control circuits, power distribution systems up to 600 VAC.
• Creates clear and functional electrical, pneumatic and software designs that will meet the concept requirements and the quality, cost, and delivery needs of the end customer.
• Interfaces with Concept Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Build Dept. and the Project Manager to support the engineering design and part delivery.
• Review project hardware and software for compliance with applicable codes/standards and assure personnel/machinery safety practices are fully implemented.
• Completes documentation that is required to efficiently communicate designs for external and internal use through the use of detail drawings, schematics, programming, bills of materials and associated texts.
What You Will Bring:
• B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering, related field or equivalent combination of education coursework, internships and work experience in the automation industry
• A minimum of 7 - 10 years' experience performing duties as an Electrical Controls Engineer
• A minimum of 4 years' Robotic experience required
• Previous experience using these software packages: MS Office, AutoCAD, SQL, Ladder Logic, Rockwell Studio 5000, Rockwell FactoryTalk View Studio and similar industrial software titles (Ex.: Siemens Portal, Step7/Wincc, Omron, Automation Direct - Direct Soft)

The Sr. Controls Engineer is responsible for creating electrical, pneumatic, and software designs for automated assembly and testing equipment that meet the objectives of the concept and mechanical design specifications. This position is 100% onsite and based in our Belvidere, IL facility. Depending on workload, this position may require occasional travel to work at our South Elgin, IL location.
What You Will Do:
• Plans and performs a variety of duties requiring knowledge and skill with equipment including: Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), HMI control, instrumentation, sensors, variable frequency drives, stepper/servo drives, motor control circuits, power distribution systems up to 600 VAC.
• Creates clear and functional electrical, pneumatic and software designs that will meet the concept requirements and the quality, cost, and delivery needs of the end customer.
• Interfaces with Concept Engineering, Mechanical Design Engineering, Build Dept. and the Project Manager to support the engineering design and part delivery.
