We are seeking a Level 4 Senior Staff RF Antenna Engineer with deep expertise in antenna systems, element/mutual coupling, and free-space radiation performance-and the proven ability to rapidly evaluate, troubleshoot, and optimize existing antenna designs. This is a high-impact, fast-response role supporting programs where performance shortfalls must be diagnosed and corrected on aggressive timelines. You will bridge simulation, measurement, and practical implementation to deliver solutions that work-quickly and reliably.
Key Responsibilities:
Rapidly assess existing antenna and array designs for performance gaps against requirements.
Diagnose and resolve issues related to mutual coupling, beam distortion, impedance mismatch, and bandwidth limitations.
Recommend and implement design modifications for immediate performance improvements.
Perform accelerated free-space radiation pattern measurements and compare results against simulations.
Run high-fidelity EM simulations (HFSS, CST, FEKO, or similar) under compressed schedules for fast validation.
Evaluate antenna integration into host platforms for mechanical, thermal, and electrical compatibility.
Support urgent production and field troubleshooting, including on-site technical interventions when required.
Collaborate with RF systems engineers to ensure antenna performance aligns with system-level budgets and phase stability.
Produce clear, actionable evaluation reports for program stakeholders, often under short deadlines.
Mentor junior engineers in rapid diagnostic and problem-solving methods.
Compensation Range: $112,900 - $146,800

Annual Base Salary for newly appointed CBPOs varies as follows:
GS-9: $61,111 - $124,443 per year

Product Testers are wanted to work from home nationwide in the US to fulfill upcoming contracts with national and international companies. We guarantee 15-25 hours per week with an hourly pay of between $25/hr. and $45/hr., depending on the In-Home Usage Test project. No experience required.
There is no payment required in order to apply or to work as an In-Home Usage Tester. You don't have to buy products or pay for shipping, everything is paid by our company. In-Home Usage Testers are considered independent contractors, we pay weekly every Wednesday by direct deposit or by cheque.

Main Duties:
Properly document In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
Take care of the product being tested and use it responsibly
Read and strictly follow the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights to gain unparalleled depth of responses)
There are times when the product being tested may be discussed in a private chat room that is opened by a market research firm
Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project

Order Fulfillment Associate
Melville, NY
With minimal supervision, provide support in daily operations, ensuring timely order processing and fulfillment.
Leverage knowledge in order processes to offer support and help refine business workflows. Contribute to maintaining efficient and accurate order fulfillment, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.
Run daily reports for Sales, notify accounts about upcoming styles, handle invoicing, track information for each account, and maintain any other documentation as needed.
Work with Customer Maintenance to open and update accounts daily.
Receive and process orders for materials and merchandise.
Use order tracking and CRM systems to process orders, record prices, track delivery dates, monitor inventory status, and maintain customer information and other relevant data for each transaction.
Confirm orders, unit prices, shipping dates, update shipping statuses, and notify customers of any backorders or delivery delays.
Provide price quotations, complete order sheets, and verify the accuracy of pricing and quantities listed.
Distribute order sheets to the appropriate departments and coordinate with teams regarding order status, shipping dates, product availability, and back orders.
Support the fulfillment process by managing order processing and updates while tracking inventory and receiving shipments as needed.
Coordinate with internal departments to schedule product delivery commitments.
Process chargebacks, credit memos, debit memos, and returns.
Job Specifications
Typically has the following skills or abilities:
One to two years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative support.
Proficient in a Windows environment with word processing, spreadsheet application, and data entry.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate information to customers and colleagues.
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems.

Associate Production Manager

Summary /Objective
The Associate Production Manager supports the production team throughout all stages of the product lifecycle. This role is responsible for issuing purchase orders, tracking on-time shipments, and managing monthly replenishment orders by analyzing sales and inventory reports. They oversee weekly production status updates by maintaining communication with a global factory base, while also keeping accurate records of invoices, production data, and shipping/logistics information.
The Associate Production Manager proactively identifies delivery issues, partners with leadership on solutions, and works cross-functionally with sales, merchandising, design, and operations teams. Success in this role requires strong communication skills when working with both internal teams and external vendors, as well as technical proficiency in G-Suite, Excel, and related data systems. A high level of attention to detail is essential to ensure accurate reporting and record-keeping.
Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Analysis & PO management: Analyze sales and inventory data to plan monthly replenishment PO's. Update cost and delivery dates on open POs and monitor on-time shipments.
PO creation and entry: Create purchase orders, maintain production calendars, and coordinate delivery schedules.
Vendor Communication: Drive daily production process through communication with global vendor base throughout the product life cycle. Share forecast data with vendors to reserve production capacity.
Sample Management: Tracks PPS and TOP samples and communicate schedule with internal partners.
Product Life Cycle Management: Utilize AS400, Spotfire, RepSpark & Business central to support production lifecycle management.
Demonstrate strong understanding of production phases, costing, and shipment terms.
Maintain WIP charts and reporting tools with accurate data entry.
