The Supply Chain Senior Project Manager leads large North American and regional programs for HAVI's GPA organization, ensuring that our customer and cross-partner teams are successfully operating, acting consistently and delivering flawless execution. The Senior Promotions Manager continuously evolves our processes and supports our product development team to advance the delivery of integrated planning services. The scope of the role includes deployment of all events for North America, accountability for the delivery of integrated planning services for our customers (driving project management, creation of content, leadership of cross-functional team members and external CPFR meetings with SC partners (customers, suppliers, distributors and transportation).

Responsibilities:
Leadership: Leads events through the end-to-end project phases in close cooperation with customer and internal/external cross-functional delivery teams. Projects may span multiple business units/service lines and stakeholders.
Scale: Lead large scale external Promotional, Crisis & CPFR Event teams with team size of >50; lasting between 6-12 months and have high ambiguity and change management responsibilities.
Event Team Leadership
Accountable for the entire lifecycle of projects ensuring quality of outputs from cross-functional teams.
Outlines risk and develops proactive contingency plans for rapid activation when incidents occur.
Oversees stakeholder engagement with external customer and supply chain partners (suppliers, distribution, transportation)
Drives process optimization and continuous improvement of collaborative and supply chain delivery practices.
Designs post analysis and lessons learned presentations for internal and external audiences; ensures deployment of best practices throughout delivery organization.
Creates and deploys Governance materials for Integrated Business Planning Processes
Authors content and user guides for end-to-end planning processes, included CPFR Playbook.
Leads training and development of best practices across HAVI GPA organization.
Leads Change Management communications for impacted external and internal stakeholders (stakeholder analysis; coms publications; reinforcement, etc.).
Champions usage and adoption of HAVI digital tools for both internal and external users in support of planning, execution oversight and CPFR meetings.
Architect workflow & process documents for cross-functional teams.
Research operating structures and best practices in the delivery of integrated planning operations.
Performance Reporting:
Leads cross functional team in the identification of analytical insights for event KPIs. Responsible for monitoring and analyzing collaboration scores and publishing event related KPIs to external customers.
Manage recurring voice-of-the customer surveys.
Manage the methodology of the Collaboration Index for CPFR. Analyze results and recommend innovative practices to drive greater collaborative engagement with external partners.
Tech Oversight:
Collaborates with technology, analytics, product and delivery colleagues to develop and implement process and technology to drive effective collaborative engagement practices.
Stakeholder Relationship Management - Develops and maintains strong, collaborative relationships with customers, internal cross-functional leadership teams, and external supply chain partners (leaders from supplier, distributor and transportation leaders). Routinely has direct interaction with Sr. Director / Director-level customers and external partners.
Responsible for setting and managing expectations with internal and external customers; able to successfully navigate high-pressure customer interactions
Acts in consultative capacity to develop and refine ways of working (both internal as well as touchpoints with external stakeholders)
Lead orientations and assist with Customer & Supplier onboarding for integrated business planning practices.
Leadership of internal cross-functional CPFR delivery teams, ensuring all cross-functional partners are fully trained and successfully executing designed CPFR services.
Qualifications:
University Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Leadership, Operations or a relevant discipline.
Experience in working across hierarchies, up to Senior Leadership
7+ years of related in a related Consulting role, Supply Chain Management experience and Project & Program Management experience (Project Management certificationa +)
Proven ability to command a room and influence key stakeholders (including Sr Leadership members and external partners)
Experience leading strategic initiatives, including those with demonstrable business impact
Experience leading teams with a proven track record of quality results.
Strong understanding of inter-relationships within and among supply chain functions and stakeholders
Ability to execute under accelerated timeframes and work in ambiguous environments
Experience in a direct client interfacing role.
Consulting or similar professional services experience a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint).
Salary Range:
Starting Salary range for this role is $125,000 - $140,000 with a 15% target bonus.

What You'll Bring with You:
