This position will also be responsible for maintaining and organizing relevant equipment storage. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other functions may be assigned. Ensure timely delivery of parts and materials to Service Technicians in the field as job site requires. Load and unload parts and materials. Follow Up with Service Coordinators and Area Service Managers to schedule and coordinate parts and materials deliveries and deliver with maximum efficiency and productivity. Ensure timely delivery of materials to Subcontractors. Maintain, clean and organize Service and Solutions warehouse cage and storage areas. Check-in material deliveries for Havtech Solutions Department. Repair, or coordinate the repair of, Havtech tools, equipment and materials. Maintain accurate inventory tracking of Havtech Service equipment and parts. Maintain rigging equipment. Assist in Fleet Management coordination. Operation of company vehicles in a safe and responsible manner. Assist Service Technicians within capability as appropriate. Proactively assist in other projects and responsibilities as need arises. Flexibility to work outside normal work hours, as required. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position has no supervisory responsibilities. QUALIFICATIONS include the following: Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Must be able to maintain a clean driving record.
