POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This position focuses on the recruitment of top talent, engaging the community, and managing some key HR functions such as onboarding, document collection, and advisory support. The ideal candidate will excel at connecting with candidates through social media and community outreach, while also guiding the onboarding process and providing valuable recommendations for HR processes and strategy.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Community Outreach:
Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations, schools, and other networks to build a robust talent pipeline.

Update and maintain job postings.
Ensures the recruitment process is compliant with state and federal employment laws.
Tracking and reporting of positions, applicants, and new hires.
Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, including new hire orientation, training schedules, and paperwork completion.
Provide positive candidate and new hire experience through the recruitment and onboarding process.
Ensure a smooth transition for new employees by providing necessary resources and support.
Document Collection and Compliance:
Collect and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, tax documents, and certifications.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment documentation.
Advisory and Follow-Up:
Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment strategies and next steps.
Act as a resource for new hires and employees, addressing questions and concerns related to HR policies and procedures.

General:

Clients:
Maintains a caseload of 30 clients.
Conducts psychological assessment to evaluate client's mental health condition(s) and needs.
Facilitates the development of an individualized treatment plan.
Provide a mix of in-person and remote counseling sessions to individuals including children, adults, couples, families, or groups, as required.
Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and other innovative methods tailored to client needs.
Keep accurate and up to date client records, documenting all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes. (Documentation to be done within 24 hours after services have been delivered)
Maintains all client documentation in the electronic record and must make sure that they are adhering to requirements set by any State/Federal Laws, including HIPAA and the Professional Ethics Code
Adheres to all current federal and state laws, Hawaii Behavioral Health policies and procedures, as well as all Professional Codes and Standards, including the safeguarding of confidential healthcare information and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines

Job Summary: Under the direction of the ABA Program Manager, RBT3 assists in the training department to deliver training to ABA providers. * Participate in Change Control Boards (CCBs) and Configuration Management Boards (CMBs).

Responsibilities
General:

Clients:
Maintains a caseload of 30 clients.
Conducts psychological assessment to evaluate client's mental health condition(s) and needs.
Facilitates the development of an individualized treatment plan.
Provide a mix of in-person and remote counseling sessions to individuals including children, adults, couples, families, or groups, as required.
Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, and other innovative methods tailored to client needs.
Keep accurate and up to date client records, documenting all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes. (Documentation to be done within 24 hours after services have been delivered)
Maintains all client documentation in the electronic record and must make sure that they are adhering to requirements set by any State/Federal Laws, including HIPAA and the Professional Ethics Code
Adheres to all current federal and state laws, Hawaii Behavioral Health policies and procedures, as well as all Professional Codes and Standards, including the safeguarding of confidential healthcare information and compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all ethical guidelines

Education & Experience
Master's degree in social work, psychology, or other related discipline

Submits service verification forms and supervision logs in a timely manner as specified in the Rules and Regulations.
Notifies the DDD Program Manager and Program Coordinator, in a timely manner, when there are critical and significant issues occurring.
