Compensation
Starting Pay: $29.57 per hour. Compensation is based on experience and skillset.

Summary

Working Hours: Hours vary between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Employees can choose between working 4 ten-hour shifts or 5 eight-hour shifts and are expected to rotate based on organizational needs.
Essential Duties
Triage Duties:
Screen and respond to patient calls and walk-ins, assign triage priority, and document in EHR.
Maintain medical equipment and ensure compliance with state licensure and vaccine program requirements.
Clinical Nursing Duties:
Evaluate patient needs, implement care plans, document interventions and patient education.
Perform direct patient care, administer medications, handle emergencies, and educate patients on health programs.
Requirements
Education: Nursing degree (LPN or RN).
Licenses: Current Hawaii LPN/RN license and BLS certification.
Experience: Preferred in community health center and managed care environment.
Skills: Leadership, clinical management, familiarity with JCAHO/OSHA standards, strong communication and organizational skills.
