Comprehensive Urgent Care at this clinic provides diagnosis and treatment of non-life threatening illness and injury for adults, adolescents, children, and infants. This Kahala Clinic features team-based primary care to consistently manage the overall health care needs for patients. Specialty Care is provided at the clinic by rotating Hawai'i Pacific Health Specialists or in coordination with over 1,800 system Physicians and all services of Kapi'olani, Pali Momi, and Straub Medical Centers. On-site, walk-in, laboratory and X-ray imaging bring diagnostic services to the local community supported by the most advanced electronic medical record system. The clinic's team leverages the MyChart patient portal which engages patients to connect with their doctor and care team to manage their health, optimize their appointments, and help family members track their health.
As a Patient Service Representative, you will help to ensure that Straub Kahala patients and their families receive warm, friendly and considerate assistance at our hospitals and clinics. You will act as a liaison between patients and the professional staff by facilitating clerical and reception responsibilities and assisting in a variety of administrative tasks.
