The Observation department strives to provide competent and safe care to patients for acute nursing interventions for 48 hours or less. Our highly trained and professional staff treats people who are in transition to admission or discharge. Medication and treatments are provided in a warm and caring environment that facilitates swift recovery.
As the Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide professional and compassionate nursing services to the Straub community through the assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation and documentation of patient care in our Observation department. The Infusion Center at Wilcox Memorial Hospital offers full-service outpatient infusion care in a five-star setting of elegance and tranquility.
