The Demand Planning SIOP Manager leads the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, driving cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy and implement inventory strategies that support overall business performance. This highly visible role requires a blend of analytical expertise and interpersonal leadership, including communication, influence, facilitation, and presentation skills. Responsible for all forecasting accuracy, the Demand Planning SIOP Manager develops strategies to optimize resources, maximize profitability, and exceed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Targets. Key responsibilities include statistical forecasting, master scheduling, and demand planning in partnership with teams across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
By integrating business intelligence from internal and external sources-including retailer replenishment analysts and syndicated data like Nielsen-the SIOP Manager delivers accurate, actionable demand plans that support OTIF (On Time In Full) goals and customer satisfaction while ensuring efficient inventory management for Mauna Loa and Hawaiian Host branded products. This role partners closely with Commercial and Sales Operations to enable effective Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and factory-level production scheduling. A deep understanding of regional and seasonal demand patterns is essential to proactively manage inventory and help drive operational efficiency and business growth.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Drive and facilitate the SIOP process, ensuring cross-functional alignment on demand forecasts.
Participate in all levels of SIOP meetings leading up to weekly SIOP review meetings that are action driven and monthly Executive SIOP review meetings.
Develop forecasts that incorporate historical trends, promotions, new product launches, and market shifts.
Analyze internal and external data sources to enhance forecasting accuracy and optimize inventory levels.
Oversee inventory control across company-operated facilities, 3PLs, and distributors.
Ensure optimal inventory levels to minimize short shipments and excess stock.
Develop and maintain key inventory metrics, providing insights for data-driven decision-making.
Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to align inventory with demand and customer needs.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of Production Managers, Supervisors, and Leads, engages in a variety of candy-making processes, production tasks, and packaging operations throughout the plant. Under the direction of the Senior Director of Talent Management, the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading and supporting full-cycle recruitment efforts, strategic talent initiatives, and department operations across all entities within Hawaiian Host Group. What You'll Be Doing:
Sorting and removing debris from our unhusked macadamia nuts
Assisting the Factory Operators
Clean and sanitize factory equipment and surrounding areas
Assembling equipment for cleaning
Ensures and follows all Good Manufacturing Practices for food processing and all company safety standards and procedures
Education, Experience, and Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Must have good communication skills and be able to follow verbal/written instructions.

The Office Manager is a key onsite support role responsible for the daily accounting, administrative, organizational, and office operations of Kapua Orchards. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Agricultural Operations. This position ensures the office environment operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting both field and administrative staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced agricultural setting. Based onsite five (5) days per week, the Office Manager serves as a central point of coordination for office management tasks, including accounting and employee support functions, and day-to-day administrative and operational needs. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and communicates effectively at all levels of the organization, helping maintain a productive, organized, and welcoming workplace. ESSENTAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage all day-to-day office operations at Kapua Orchards to ensure an efficient, professional and organized work environment.
Develop and improve administrative procedures, documentation standards, and office workflows.
Manage office vendors, service agreements, supply procurement, and budget tracking for administrative needs.
Provide executive‑level administrative support to plant and agricultural leadership.
Oversee administrative financial processes including AP, invoice coding, and reconciliation.
Support month‑end close, budget monitoring, and financial reporting.
Distribute employee paychecks and support basic HR and payroll-related administrative tasks as needed.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, including paperwork distribution and orientation coordination.
Track employee attendance, maintain attendance logs, and provide reports or updates to management as needed.
Order, receive, and maintain inventory of office supplies and general administrative materials.
Maintain office cleanliness, including organizing common areas, workspaces, and storage areas.
Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries from employees, visitors, and vendors.
Coordinate filing, recordkeeping, and basic documentation for agricultural operations and office activities.
Assist with scheduling, calendars, meetings, and administrative support for the General Manager of Agricultural Operations.

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Mechanic conducts preventive maintenance (PM) and performs troubleshooting on production equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturer's specifications using measuring and testing instruments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts; adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments; repairs or replaces defective parts; installs special functional and structural parts in devices; starts equipment/machinery to test their performance.
Examines form and condition of parts to detect defective or worn part; repairs and replaces defective parts.
Use CMMS software (e.g., MaintainX) to create, receive, track, and close work orders and log maintenance activities.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using basic mechanical, power, or hand tools, and other measuring instruments.
Locates sources of problems by observing machinery in operation, identifying problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Follows PM program and maintains machinery and equipment by lubricating and cleaning parts as recommended by the manufacturer's specifications.
Anticipates needed equipment, parts, and supplies.
Communicates with manufacturers and vendors to obtain estimates, and orders parts with manager's approval.
Fabricates machine parts by using machine shop equipment.
Manages maintenance records and machine parts inventory.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative provides excellent and friendly customer service, processes orders and invoices, and performs clerical duties to support the department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answers the Inside Sales telephone line and assists Customer, Broker, Sales Team, and delivery driver as needed. Uses the telephone or email to locate or relay messages to internal staff.

POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the General Manager of Ag Operations at our Kapua Orchards facility in South Kona, Big Island, Hawaii, the Plant Manager oversees and supervises daily processing and plant operations. All of the product grown and processed at this facility are used in our Mauna Loa and Hawaiian Host products, two of Hawaii's largest retail brands sold and distributed across the U.S. and Asia. This role is accountable for human safety excellence, product quality, food safety protocols, production efficiency, high kernel recovery, cost management, maintenance, maintenance reliability, supplier accountability, warehousing, continuous improvement and overall plant performance driving improved yield and throughput. The Plant Manager role is a hands-on job and works closely with front line employees, leads by example, and works closely with cross-functional partners to ensures company targets are achieved. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee all stages of the macadamia nut processing flow: WIS receiving, drying, cracking, optical sorting, pasteurizing, roasting, manual sorting, and sizing.
Leading all Production, Sanitation, Maintenance, Warehousing, and Scheduling functions and managers at the site and working closely with the site Orchard Manager and site FSQA Manager while reporting to the site GM.

Direct and manage all plant activities and goals, including but not limited to, execution of safety and quality programs (FDA, FSMA, HACCP, etc.), regulatory compliance, personnel development, training, production planning, scheduling, cost control, inventory control and FIFO management, and facilities and equipment repair and maintenance.

Ensure alignment of plans and processes with strategic initiatives aimed at reducing processing costs through optimal utilization of resources. Collaborate with other departments to achieve business goals while surpassing customer expectations.
Role also works closely on best practices with the other Hawaiian Host Group Plant Managers in the company and includes mentorship by the Chief Operating Officer.
Coordinate plant operations with department managers to achieve processing objectives efficiently and within budget.
Develop, implement, and monitor the plant budget, while increasing production and controlling spending.
Implement cost-effective systems and processes of control over capital, operating expenditures, manpower, wages, and salaries.
Enhance workforce utilization through optimized operations and processes, ensuring adequate staffing levels, retention, and motivating, training, and equipping staff effectively.
Strong floor presence up to 50% of time spent engaging with employees and monitoring overall plant performance, maintaining production and quality standards.
Monitor overall plant performance, maintaining production and quality standards.
Maintain plant facilities and equipment to ensure smooth and safe operations, replacing or adjusting equipment as needed.

Minimum of five to seven (7) years of general management experience, preferably in a plant/production manufacturing environment.
Understanding of product quality standards, regulatory compliance, and preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement.
Possession of a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Strong managerial skills encompass effective communication, delegation, and motivation.
Must have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Capacity to work with and relate to employees at all levels of the organization.
Basic knowledge of engineering and technical principles.

What You'll Be Doing:
Ensures that machinery at workstations is turned on.
Ensures the machine is operating properly and at the correct speed.
Responsible for wiping sorter glass and ensuring that all injector nozzles are operating properly.
Perform sorting duties on sorting table.
Responsible for keeping workstations clean.
Must report any inconsistencies to supervisor or production manager immediately.
Must cooperate with other staff to ensure the factory runs efficiently.
Assist in cleaning and sanitizing the factory.
Must follow all Good Manufacturing Practices for food processing.
Must be able to lift at least twenty-five (25) pounds unassisted.
Performs other work-related duties as needed.
Must follow all company safety standards and procedures.
Must be able to work night shifts and extended daily work hours.
Regular attendance is required for the position.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Must have the physical agility and strength to work in a standing position for at least eight (8) hours.

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist maintains accurate records of inventory in the Enterprise Resource Planning/Warehouse Management System and coordinates strategic finished goods inventory positioning throughout the various inventory organizations. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Inventory Control
Manage, coordinate, perform and oversee inventory cycle counts for all locations; help research, reconcile and determine root cause of inaccuracies.
Monitors and corrects inventory levels at outside warehouses (3PL) and internally to ensure rotation and maximize working capital.
Oversees and manages inventory cycle count and reconciliation process at all locations and drives measures to improve overall inventory accuracy throughout all inventory locations
Reviews for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures to determine adequacy of stock levels; recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow-moving, and excess stock.
Develops and maintains metrics, reports, process documentation and routinely reports on Inventory KPIs along with appropriate analysis and suggested countermeasures where necessary
Assist with annual physical inventory procedures.
Maintain and update inventory records through the enterprise resource planning modules; reconcile inventory to book records and records adjustments when there are discrepancies between actual quantities and system records.
Review and plan stock levels and ensurestrategic movement amongst the different stock locations based on demand, lead times, and other stock parameters.
Review inventory movement (transfers, receivings, etc.) to ensure proper transactions are recorded in the system.
Analyze excess and obsolete inventory, preparing disposal reports on a quarterly basis.
Prepare and analyze various inventory and operational reports, as requested.
Assist in preparation of weekly production meeting material and attend weekly meetings.
Prepare reports in association with trace and recall exercises.
Communicate and coordinate with various departments regarding production, inventory, product costing, etc.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists with special projects related to system upgrades.
Performs all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
High school diploma or GED required. Associates or bachelor's degree in accounting or related subject preferred.
2+ years of work experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
Computer literate in MS Office - Excel, Word, Outlook Email, & Calendar; working knowledge of Oracle Cloud SCM preferred.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Ability to use a 10-key by touch.
Ability to operate office equipment, such as but not limited to, calculators, copiers, FAX machines, scanners, multifunctional machines, multi-line phones, etc.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Field Laborer position involves hands-on, physically demanding work in outdoor environments across varied terrain and weather conditions. The Field Laborer works as part of a team performing a wide range of field tasks that support the harvest, maintenance, and overall care of macadamia orchards.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

POSITION SUMMARY: The HR Specialist is responsible for various tasks within the HR department and focuses on specific tasks or roles such as onboarding, benefits, leave administration, compensation, compliance, training, workplace safety, and customer service for employees. Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Mechanic conducts preventive maintenance (PM) and performs troubleshooting on equipment and machinery in accordance with manufacturer's specifications using measuring and testing instruments.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Responsible for the maintenance and repair of various equipment, including but not limited to macadamia nut, food processing, and husking machinery/equipment.
Responsible for general facilities repairs as instructed by the manager.
Examines form and condition of parts to detect defective or worn part; repairs and replaces defective parts.
Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements, using basic mechanical, power, or hand tools, and other measuring instruments.
Locates sources of problems by observing machinery in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
Follows PM program and maintains machinery and equipment by lubricating and cleaning parts as recommended by the manufacturer's specifications.
Anticipates needed equipment, parts, and supplies.
Responds to emergency maintenance requests.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Inside Sales Manager, the Inside Sales Representative provides excellent and friendly customer service, processes orders and invoices, and performs clerical duties to support the department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Answers the Inside Sales telephone line and assists Customer, Broker, Sales Team, and delivery driver as needed. Uses the telephone or email to locate or relay messages to internal staff.
Receives and records all orders, processes orders and invoices for local, neighbor island, Mainland, Asia Export, and other inter-company branches.
Performs EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) tasks to process orders and invoices.
Performs clerical duties needed to maintain the Inside Sales department, not limited to typing (computer keyboard), internet, emailing, faxing, filing, photocopying, scanning, and mailings.
Accurately invoices orders and posts batches in Great Plains (GP) according to established policies.
Files invoices, records, and reports, and maintains physical and electronic files.
Works independently and collaborates well as a team player.
Regular attendance is required for the position.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists other departments, such as, but not limited to Sales, Accounting, Warehouse/Delivery, Administration, as needed.
Ensures that the Inside Sales and personal workspace area is clean, neat, and safe.
Performs all duties and maintains all standards in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
AA degree with emphasis in Business or related field or equivalent work experience.
One (1) year of customer service related experience, preferably with order entry experience.
Computer literate in Excel, Word; and knowledge of database and/or accounting systems.
Ability to type 25 wpm and use 10-key by touch.
Ability to use general office equipment, such as but not limited to photocopying machine, fax machine, postage meter machine, and accounting systems.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Good verbal, written and telephone communication skills.

The Office Manager is a key onsite support role responsible for the daily accounting, administrative, organizational, and office operations of Kapua Orchards. Reporting directly to the General Manager of Agricultural Operations. This position ensures the office environment operates smoothly and efficiently, supporting both field and administrative staff. This role requires strong organizational skills, flexibility, and the ability to manage multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced agricultural setting. POSITION SUMMARY: The Field Laborer position involves hands-on, physically demanding work in outdoor environments across varied terrain and weather conditions. The Field Laborer works as part of a team performing a wide range of field tasks that support the harvest, maintenance, and overall care of macadamia orchards.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
