POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of Production Managers, Supervisors, and Leads, engages in a variety of candy-making processes, production tasks, and packaging operations throughout the plant. This includes operating and maintaining equipment, ensuring quality control, and adhering to safety and efficiency standards. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Picks up a specified number of candy rows from a moving conveyor belt and places them upright into various-sized trays, adds inserts, and covers the boxes of candy. Uniformly selects and places nuts on a specified number of chocolate rows on a moving conveyor belt, ensuring the chocolate coating meets quality standards. Inspects and sorts roasted nuts by color from a moving conveyor belt. Hand-scoops candy from a moving conveyor belt, packs and weighs cartons, stacks and loads cartons for transport to the packaging line, inspects machine-wrapped cartons, and marks and stacks boxes for storage. Accurately weighs cartons to meet required weight limits for packaging. Loads trays, lids, and unformed boxes and pads into machines, inspects machine-made cartons, marks and stacks boxes for storage, clears jams, resets machines, and monitors the flow of formed boxes. Cleans the production line and surrounding area after each shift. Assists with cleaning tasks during the off-season. POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Supply Chain role at Hawaiian Host Group (HHG) is responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the company's supply chain operations. This highly visible senior leadership role requires a hands-on, practical, and cross-functional approach to supply chain management. This role leads, oversees, and is responsible for the following specific functions: Procurement, Contract Manufacturing (CoMan), Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Sales/Inventory/Operations Planning (SIOP). Additionally, this Director role is a member of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) running the business and supports executing the strategies for the company. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated history of people development, supply chain leadership, strong tactical execution, systems excellence, and driving continuous improvement supply chain initiatives in a fast-paced CPG (Consumer-Packaged Goods) environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Serve as a strategic, cross-functional leader, guiding key supply chain functions and collaborating closely with all areas of the business. This role requires exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive alignment, foster collaboration, and deliver integrated solutions across the organization. Sponsor and support the SIOP / S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) program and process cross functionally across the business to drive revenue growth, deliver exceptional customer service, reduce cost, and reduce waste while building supply chain excellence across the organization. POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Inventory Manager, the Inventory Control Specialist maintains accurate records of inventory in the Enterprise Resource Planning/Warehouse Management System and coordinates strategic finished goods inventory positioning throughout the various inventory organizations. The Plant Manager role is a hands-on job and works closely with front line employees, leads by example, and works closely with cross-functional partners to ensures company targets are achieved. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Oversee all stages of the macadamia nut processing flow: WIS receiving, drying, cracking, optical sorting, pasteurizing, roasting, manual sorting, and sizing.
