As the Chief Executive Officer and co‐founder of Hawk Ridge Systems, Dale Ford steers the company toward market leadership, technology innovation, service excellence and profitability. With over 20 years in sales and technology management, Dale co‐founded Hawk Ridge Systems in 1996. As the leading solutions provider of 3D design and manufacturing solutions, Hawk Ridge Systems is recognized as one of the largest Dassault Systèmes strategic business partners, and has been awarded the #1 worldwide SolidWorks leadership position in three of the last six years. With over 160 employees in North America, Hawk Ridge Systems has 16 offices and training centers in the United States and Canada. Serving over 12,000 customers in all major business verticals, marquee customers include Medtronic, IGT, Electroimpact, Terrex, Google and Apple. Dale began his career at SciCan Corp. as a research and development engineer and then moved on to RAND Worldwide as an Engineering manager in Canada before starting Hawk Ridge Systems. He holds an engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario, and is a licensed professional engineer in Canada. Dale is a native of Ontario, Canada, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area to start Hawk Ridge Systems in the mid‐90s.

Gabriel Rapisardo is a Vice President, Sales at Hawk Ridge Systems; Reseller at Dassault Syst�mes SolidWorks Corporation; and Chief Revenue Officer at Hawk Ridge Systems and is based in Mountain View, California. He has worked as Sales Manager NCAL/NV at Hawk Ridge Systems, Sales Executive at McAfee Inc, and Sales Manager at Goldline Research. Gabriel studied at California Culinary Academy between 2004 and 2005.

Benson Irvine is an Associate in D.A. Davidson & Co.’s Investment Banking Division. Mr. Irvine has been with Davidson for over six years, and during this time has worked primarily with middle market companies operating within the technology, telecom, industrial and consumer industries. Mr. Irvine has considerable experience advising clients on a wide range of transactions, including buy and sell-side M&A, equity and debt capital raises, and various other financial advisory assignments. Prior to joining Davidson, Mr. Irvine worked in the investment strategy group of a private wealth management firm, where he was primarily responsible for conducting research related to hedge fund manager selection. Mr. Irvine graduated with Honors from the University of Oregon’s Charles H. Lundquist College of Business with a B.S. in Business Administration and minors in Music and Economics.
