Duties and Responsibilities: * Employee must use their personal vehicle for business-related travel, (approximately a 30-mile radius,) and have a valid driver's license. The company will provide reimbursement for mileage according to the current IRS standard rate. * Interacts with customers via telephone, email, or in person to provide support and information on products or services. * Fields customer questions and complaints; when the issue is beyond the representative's knowledge, forwards to the appropriate team member. * Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns. * Performs clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of forms. * Weigh trucks, both inbound and outbound. * Grade grain to make sure that the appropriate discounts are being taken. * Operates office machines including copiers, scanners, phone and voicemail systems, personal computers, and other standard office equipment. * Answers phones, directs calls to appropriate individuals, and prepares messages. * Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters. * Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate departments or individual, processes outgoing mail. * Maintains filing systems either manually or electronically. * Manages calendars and schedules appointments. * Performs other related duties as assigned.
