Cons of working at Hawthorn Medical Associates
Safety is a huge concern and not addressed. Workers gossip about their coworkers and bully them. They don’t know how to work on teams and are on their cell phones constantly showing no respect for patient confidentiality. I enjoyed my job but not the drama. My coworker actually said she would get me to lose my job and she did! I’m hoping to go back to a different position but she did a lot of damage even though she broke Hippa. She kept her job and I’m gone. I’m sad about it as I really needed my job and liked everyone and worked quietly and minded my own business. If you do apply be honest but keep to yourself.
