POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, Intelligent Building Specialist is responsible for programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting Building Control systems per plans and specifications, design build criteria and use of his or her extensive experience of building automations system control. Emphasis is on the creation of the lowest total installed cost-effective system that meets customer expectations. Provides detailed information to communicate design to customers, HMS field installation team and subcontractors. Serves as the technical resource for installation team. Takes on additional responsibility to review existing control systems consisting of legacy systems to determine feasibility and if a system can be integrated or needs replaced.
REQUIREMENTS:
Niagara N4, AX, & Advanced N4/AX certified with 10+ years related experience (additional certifications helpful).
Experience using, reading and understanding building analytics.
Knowledge of the HVAC industry or construction industry with focus on heating and ventilating air conditioning systems.
Proficient in all DDC system programming of all control systems and integrations.
Experience with integrating legacy control systems
Ability to program and test programmable controllers, integration, network configurations and peer to peer support of systems in terms of training on product lines.
Effective interpersonal and leadership skills to properly represent Haynes Mechanical Systems to customers and other outside contacts.
Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an insurable driving record as required by the company's insurance provider.
Possess leadership skills to lead and mentor other project technicians.
Must have the highest degree of customer service.
Works in conjunction with the entire BAS team to perform maintenance on BAS systems required and performing service calls essential to the position.
Must be driven to teach and learn new product lines for DDC controls and help the company evaluate new opportunities for new product lines
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned:
Accountable to field teams for quality, timeliness and efficiency of designs; participates in engineering release meeting with project field team.
Responsible for total system operation, not limited to building automations only but mechanical as well.
Troubleshoots system problems, works with subcontractors and other trades to ensure proper operation.
Performs static (standalone) and dynamic (total building interactive network) software programming independently.
Configures operator workstations and all required software.
Calibrate systems require basic electronic test equipment, such as multi-meters, network terminals and/or a lap top computer.
Communicates with Haynes Mechanical System's project management and/or customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site and keeps customer informed on progress.
Reviews customers' systems and, if needed, points out other areas of improvement and keeps management appraised of customer concerns and issues.
Ensures all required commissioning documentation and provides accurate information for as-built documentation.
Performs site specific training for owner/operator on the total system and assists with turnover to service.
Communicates effectively with the general or mechanical contractor, consultants, architect engineers and other sub-contractors as required.
Adheres to safety standards and has a high degree of regard to employee and subcontractor safety.
Conducts self-study to improve technical proficiency (software / hardware) in company's product lines.
Will be available for product training and may require travel to vendor locations for such training.
Ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
Previous experience desired with computer aided design; Auto Cad, Visio, Microsoft products, and strong PC skills required.

This will include, but is not limited to, assisting in development of a zero injury safety culture on each project, conducting at least weekly documented jobsite safety inspections, effectively communicate orientations for all new project workers, assist with and review subcontractor daily pre-task safety analysis, actively promote and participate in daily stretch and flex program, identify project trends and execute proactive safety initiatives to eliminate incidents, support corporate goals and initiatives, emphasize and support proactive safety such as near miss/hazard reporting, coach and recognize workers on safe work methods, report all incidents in an effective and timely manner following established protocols and be a champion in motivating workers to perform their jobs safely! The Specifics of the Role
Assist in development of the project safety program.
Establish and conduct jobsite orientation for new project employees. Administer and record their participation in the orientation program and issue identification to those employees completing the orientation program.
Attend all initial meetings with the project staff and subcontractor representatives to clearly define their role within the confines of the project safety program.
Manage larger projects up to $160M.
Client interfacing.
Manage other Clayco Safety Supervisors on the project.
Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings with each subcontractor representatives to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractor's activity on site.
Establish and conduct regular (weekly) safety meetings with subcontractor representatives and with project staff to ensure proper compliance.
Facilitate training for site personnel and ensure that standards are per the OSHA/Clayco and in compliance with Federal and State standards.
Ensure and maintain a log of each subcontractor toolbox safety meeting.
Review each subcontractor's safety program and ensure that it meets or exceeds the project safety program requirements.
Ensure that each subcontractor designates a safety representative that is properly trained in subcontractor's scope of work and has the proper authority to correct safety issues.
Conduct regular daily and weekly jobsite inspections and complete the safety checklist noting safety violations and corrective actions.
Record, notify and prepare written report of any violations or unsafe practices to subcontractors for immediate correction actions.
Stop at once any violation or unsafe acts or practices.
Assist the Project Superintendent in establishing and implementing proper fire prevention, evacuation, and fire control procedures.
Investigate all incidents and generate proper reports.
Establish and maintain all required safety records.
Conduct a monthly overview safety meeting and attend project staff meetings to brief on safety issues.
Perform other duties as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Safety, Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, or equivalent.
6-12 years of safety experience or combination of education and years of experience in building construction, with a working knowledge of safety/environment principles and techniques.
10+ years of field experience minimum.
OSHA 30-hour construction accreditation.
OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer is a plus.
Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing.
Performance of the required duties will require physical ability to climb permanent and temporary stairs, passenger use of construction personnel hoists, ability to climb ladders and negotiate work areas under construction.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

ABOUT THE JOB
The Tepa Companies are seeking a Welding Apprentice who will Perform welding tasks under supervision on piping and plate within petroleum operations facilities. In addition to welding, the successful candidate must be able to assist in tasks related to welding such as fit‐up, preparation, repair, inspection, and post weld preparation. As required, the Apprentice Welder will also be tasked to assist with general site work such as loading and unloading equipment and materials, site clean‐up and preparation, mobilization, and demobilization to and from the jobsite, scaffolding erection, general tank construction tasks and other duties as assigned.
This role is intended for May 2026 college graduates who majored in an applicable field. As Tepa continues to grow, we are focusing on hiring recent graduates to begin their careers at our organization with opportunities to receive hands-on learning, mentorship, and growth within the company. This is an entry-level position that does not require previous experience but does require completed education in the particular discipline.
Job Functions:
* Follow welding procedure specifications when welding
* Train and assist with performing quality welds able to pass radiographic examination
* Train and assist with performing quality welds using various welding process, such as TIG, GMAW, SMAW, FCAW, etc.
* Train and assist with producing quality welds with efficiency
* Train to perform or assist with fit‐up and preparation of welds
* Perform or assist with post weld cleanup, inspection, and repair
* Communicate regularly with the Field Foreman regarding issues and concerns on the job site
* Train to determine the required tools, materials and welding methods based on the project specifications
* Assist with the assembly, installation, and repair of pipe components and systems according to specifications
* Inspect all materials, equipment, and tools required to perform the work
* Maintain supplies, equipment, and tools
* Properly prepare materials by clamping, cutting, or applying chemical solutions to piping
* Observe all safety regulations
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
* High School diploma or GED
* Formal vocational/technical training in GTAW- Gas tungsten arc welding and basic welding processes/procedures
* Must be graduating in 2026 from vocational training (May/June graduates preferred)
* Must be able to pass a multi-position weld test utilizing the SMAW process
* Must be able to pass 2 and 3G plate welding tests
* Must be able to perform stick welds on both carbon and stainless-steel plate and pipe
* Must be able to utilize large weld rods (3/16" minimum) in multi-positions in an effective and efficient manner
* Ability to learn to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written instructions
* Must have a general knowledge of AWS, API, ANSI, and ASME codes and standards
* Must be able to troubleshoot and have a strong attention to detail
* Must have physical dexterity
* Must be able to follow verbal directions
* Must be able to read and write in English
* Must be willing to travel for long durations
* Must be able to pass a background check required to access US military installations
* Must have a valid driver's license

Compensation: Constructiv is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The annual salary for this role is $91,300 - $136,900. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.

Earth Resources Corp seeks an experienced, safety-minded Pipe Layer to join our team. The Pipe Layer is responsible for assembling, installing, and repairing underground pipe systems for storm drains, sanitary sewers, and water mains on heavy civil construction projects. This role requires knowledge of construction practices, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Install various types of underground pipe, including PVC, ductile iron, concrete, and HDPE for water, sewer, and storm systems.
Measure, cut, and align pipes using laser levels, grade rods, transits, and other tools.
Ensure pipes are properly sloped and connected per project specifications and local codes.
Set up and operate trenching and shoring equipment safely.
Check and repair any pipe defects, cracks, or leaks before backfilling.
Work closely with equipment operators, laborers, and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Perform daily pre-checks and basic maintenance on tools and equipment used.
Follow safety procedures and regulations at all times, including proper use of PPE.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Perform general labor duties to support the crew and keep the project on schedule.
Qualifications:
