POSITION SUMMARY:
This is a comprehensive sales position requiring both sales skills and Commercial HVAC Systems knowledge and understanding. This position is responsible for a group of accounts, driving and sustaining business in retrofits, upgrades, and large complex solutions selling. At least 90% of prospecting will come from the existing customer base.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
5-7 years of Sales experience
5-7 years of experience with commercial HVAC systems
Mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of building codes and standards
Must possess a valid driver's license
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Able to qualify prospects and/or opportunities within assigned accounts, make effective sales presentations, and answer questions to objections in a proficient, responsible, and timely manner
Manages quotes to close sales
Surveys commercial HVAC systems, problem solves and makes recommendations; learns and applies the company pricing policy
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned:
Able to plan and effectively schedule customer appointments
Effectively conducts sales presentations to influence customers to buy and can identify opportunities within existing customer bases
Consistently generates sales revenue through a proven track record
Understands the prospect's organization and decision-making process and can commit the prospect to a decision-making timetable
Utilizes Account Management skills to support and provide solutions for their assigned accounts
Ability to create an asset replacement schedule based on multiple factors including ASHRAE guidelines, service call patterns, local and national mandates, energy efficiency and condition of equipment
Answers questions and objections in a proficient and responsible manner
Identifies customer needs and can effectively address customer concerns
Presents effective product demonstration
Handles objections effectively
Able to uncover the full scope of the customers problems and deliver desired future outcomes
Can verbalize a conceptual sale and return on investment to customer
Surveys and has a good understanding of commercial HVAC mechanical systems and provides customer with solutions; recognizes project opportunities
Works closely with the Operations Department and can communicate what the customer needs to both the customer and Operations with customers expectation on installation timelines
Uses vertical market strategies and understands market forces to find opportunities within existing customer base
Use of various sales training strategies to effectively uncover problems and deliver attractive solutions to gain customer interest
Interprets job conditions and can determine and recommend maintenance requirements
Able to work well with project manager to assist in coordinating work with multiple subcontractors and equipment representatives
Able to work with suppliers to identify lead times and equipment costs
COMPENSATION:
Salary $85,000 to $90,000 base salary depending on proven experience/proficiency. Compensation package includes a base salary, monthly car allowance, and
uncapped
commissions.
First-year On Target Earnings (OTE) is $175,000+.
Tenured Rep On Target Earnings (OTE) is $225,00+.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training.

Position Summary:
The Residential Sales Consultant is an outside sales position responsible for developing and closing residential sales and services opportunities through customer education and presentations, using traditional lead-generation techniques as well as internal, lead pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
Present comfort options of residential HVAC and water heater products and services to new and established customers.
Bolster the customer experience through a consultative sales approach focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
Create relationships with prospective customer and referral as well initiating calls to generate sales.
Work collaboratively with technical team members, onsite, to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, service methods, systems and technology available within the market and the business.

Our Residential Sales Consultant (RSC) are highly ambitious, results-oriented, and self-motivated individuals. Skilled in providing innovative, customer-related recommendations, developing effective proposals, handling negotiating and closing sales. To accomplish this, a successful RSC must possess:
At least a High school degree or GED. A Bachelor's degree or related professional sales certifications preferred.
Prior sales experience, with a preference for experience with direct selling to consumers
Strong selling and business-development skills.
A demonstrated ability to effectively communication concepts to a variety of audiences.
Demonstrated commitment to the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused service.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to understand customer concerns and translate that into business solutions the business can offer. . .
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to consistently demonstrate a positive attendance record.
Available to work flexible hours and on-call shifts as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:

Role Overview:
Homebound is seeking high energy and organized Sales Development Representatives to seek and engage individuals that are in the market to sell, rebuild, or buy a new home, through outbound prospecting methods including phone, email, LinkedIn and traditional outreach.
Whether prospects want to sell their property, need to rebuild their homes due to a natural disaster, or are looking to custom build a new home, SDRs will focus their energy on effectively communicating Homebound's value props and building relationships with customers, with the ultimate goal of connecting them with one of our Land Acquisition Agents or Account Executives for a meeting. Ultimately, SDRs are responsible for boosting sales and contributing to Homebound's rapid growth.
This role can be based out of Denver - CO, Dallas - TX, and Houston - TX.
What You'll Do:
Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other methods
Schedule in-person meetings (or phone calls) for Land Acquisition Agents/Account Executives
Work closely with Land Acquisition Agents and Account Executives to ensure meeting hand-off successfully occurs
Act as the subject matter expert on homebuilding, providing prospects with peace of mind that Homebound is unlike any company in the industry
Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, demo requests, emails/calls, etc.
Present Homebound's value props in a clear and concise manner
Proactively identify potential prospects and find contact information using prospecting software
Diligently update Salesforce, ensuring our CRM system stays up-to-date with correct information
Have full knowledge of target prospect base and manage an ongoing prospect pipeline
Report to sales leadership on numbers including outreach, connected calls, meetings scheduled, etc.
What We're Looking For:
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and enjoy interacting with people via phone, email and social media to articulate ideas and gain their trust, and have experience drafting clear communications that demonstrate attention to detail.
You have experience as an outbound prospector, including making cold calls, sending emails, and prospecting using tools like LinkedIn.
You have a track record of personal accountability, and a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
You've demonstrated resilience and a desire to succeed in the face of new and/or unforeseen challenges.
You are a team-player with a strong desire to help enforce and improve internal processes.
A desire to learn, grow and get in on the ground floor of a company that is changing how homeowners build homes
You are receptive to feedback, with the willingness to learn and embrace continuous improvement
Bachelor's Degree with 1-2+ years of experience in a sales-related role
Background in homebuilding, real estate or construction sales is a bonus!
