Your Job In this role, you will be responsible for quality assurance of products, projects, and processes within the plant. You will lead company quality initiatives that proactively identify/eliminate customer dissatisfaction, reduce defects or cycle time risks through advanced planning, and use quality management principles and continuous improvement to solve issues.
