We are seeking a driven and technically savvy Sales Specialist with a strong background in industrial piping systems to lead our specification sales efforts in Washington, DC/ Northern VA area. The SSR will lead efforts in the promotion and sales of Hayward product by securing specifications within government projects at the federal, state, and local levels. The focus of the SSR will be building strategic relationships with engineers, EPC firms, consultants, and specifiers to ensure Hayward products are written into project designs and technical specifications early in the planning and design cycle. Plan Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies targeting government agencies and public sector entities.

Drive Specification Inclusion
Engage with engineering firms, consultants, and specifiers to position and promote our products for inclusion in design specifications.
Build & Nurture Relationships
Cultivate long-term relationships with key influencers such as design engineers and government procurement officers to influence product specifications.
Technical Expertise
Provide in-depth technical support and product presentations to demonstrate the advantages and compliance of our offerings with project requirements and industry standards.
Project Tracking & Influence
Identify and track early-stage projects via market intelligence tools and develop strategies to influence key decision points.
Cross-functional Collaboration

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, (Mechanical or Chemical Engineering preferred)
Strong understanding of government procurement processes and contract administration.
3-7 years of experience in specification sales, technical sales, or business development within the industrial piping or mechanical equipment space
Proven success in getting products specified into projects (EPCs, Government, MEP consultants, AEC firms)
Solid understanding of piping system components (valves, flanges, pipe, fittings, gaskets, etc.)
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage a long sales cycle and multiple stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Existing network of EPCs, design engineers, or specifiers in target industries
Familiarity with CRM systems and government bid platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ConstructionConnect, SAM.gov).
Knowledge of CAD, BIM, or other design tools a plus
Experience working with defense contractors or federal agencies.

The purpose of this position is accurately removing all finished ware from the production floor while maintaining a safe environment. We operate five days a week and our shifts are 8-hours.
This position is required to have demonstrated sit-down forklift operator experience for at least a year. We also require demonstrated experience with an RF Scanning system.

Position Overview:
The Operations Administrator position coordinates and leads the inventory control, quality assurance and warehousing aspects of the business. This will require a general knowledge of raw materials and finished goods, a solid understanding of injection molding and blow molding equipment to ensure that machines are utilized to their maximum potential.

Follows and adheres to all Food Safety requirements within the plant.

Demonstrates organizational ability to complete daily assignments.
Has a basic knowledge of preform, as well as bottle/pallet defects including both visual and non-visual problems. Must know the correct procedure to follow to alert management of potential problems to assure that defective product or raw material is not used or shipped to the customer. Has the authority to stop production due to quality issues.
Has the authority to stop machines/production to communicate issues to QA Manager, Supervisor, Lead.
Has a basic understanding of blow molding process.
Understands and follows procedures for sampling, sample collection, sample storage and sample disposition. Follows vendor-specific procedures as required.
Maintains housekeeping of assigned area. This is especially important in a lab setting where sensitive chemicals are used and where sensitive equipment is located. Housekeeping may also involve clean-up of other areas of the Plant, as required by the Supervisor/Manager.
Communicates effectively with customers (both internal and external) regarding quality issues.
Follows all established safety rules and guidelines as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as trained during the various safety-related training programs. Understands and communicates all hazards and safety issues to co-workers/Supervisors. Properly uses all required personal protective equipment.

Processes receiving documentation and generates reports using a computer system.
Notifies customers of discrepancies between items received and actual invoiced amount.
Enters all ordered items following written procedures.
Monitors stock levels of finished goods, raw materials, and dunnage.

Effectively communicates with internal and external customers.

Serve as point of contact for handling all facets of the transportation function from customer orders to deliveries

**Position Overview:**
The **Injection Systems Engineer** provides deep technical expertise and enterprise-level support for injection molding machinery and related systems across RPSNAB.
This role focuses on the **machine-side excellence** of injection operations-driving equipment performance optimization, lifecycle planning, and benchmarking of alternate suppliers-while partnering closely with the Principal Tooling Engineer to ensure alignment between mold and machine system design.
As a key subject-matter expert, this position supports plants in troubleshooting, obsolescence mitigation, and performance upgrades, ensuring the reliability and competitiveness of Amcor's injection platform fleet.
**Essential Responsibilities and Duties:**
**Equipment Performance & Strategy**
+ Lead the evaluation of RPSNAB's installed injection asset base to identify obsolescence risks, upgrade opportunities, and productivity retrofits.
+ Benchmark alternate machinery and auxiliary equipment suppliers, identifying technology options that improve performance, reliability, or lifecycle cost.
+ Partner with global and regional engineering teams to define standards for injection machinery configuration, safety, and performance metrics.
**Continuous Improvement & Technical Support**
+ Support the Injection Process Improvement Team in implementing best practices, performance troubleshooting, and data-driven optimization at plant sites.
+ Collaborate with plant engineering and maintenance teams to resolve chronic equipment issues, define root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
+ Contribute to the continuous improvement of mold-machine interface performance in partnership with the Principal Tooling Engineer.
**Lifecycle & Asset Management**
+ Maintain and update the injection asset database, including lifecycle stage, obsolescence risk, and key performance metrics.
+ Recommend timing and strategy for equipment refreshes and retrofits to ensure manufacturing continuity and efficiency.
+ Support the refurbishment program from the machine systems perspective (controls, hydraulics, auxiliary systems).
**Knowledge Sharing & Standards**
+ Support the development and communication of standard operating parameters and equipment specifications across plants.
+ Participate in the transfer of best practices and lessons learned through network workshops and technical documentation.
+ Provide training support to site technical teams on new injection platforms and system modifications.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Plastics Engineering, or related technical field.
+ 8+ years of experience in injection molding machinery operation, process optimization, or equipment engineering within the plastics or packaging industry.
+ In-depth knowledge of injection machine systems (Husky experience preferred), controls, hydraulics, and auxiliary equipment.
+ Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex machine performance issues and lead technical benchmarking efforts.
+ Strong collaboration skills; ability to work effectively across functions and with OEM partners.

The starting salary for this position is expected to be between $98,000 to $122,500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $98,000 to $147,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. **SUMMARY**
Controls the process, maintains quality standards and ensures continuous improvement of the total packaging operation: palletizers, strappers, AGV (Automated Guided Vehicle), wrappers and dunnage sorter.

Reviews process data daily to ensure department is meeting or exceeding efficiency requirements.
Completes downtime reports and error logs.
Effectively communicates issues to the shift supervisor, packaging technicians, and production manager.
Maintains visual management boards.
Provides coverage for operator breaks.
Attends and participates in Packaging Team daily meetings.
Ensures the department maintains a clean work environment.

Summary: Receives all customer art files to be processed for printing and ensure integrity of customer approved art file throughout the pre-press process.

Responsible for ordering bases and cylinders
Inspection of all proofing materials to insure correct copy, color and layout per die structure
Order back-up cylinders based on volume information.
Creates set-up sheets to direct Pre-make cylinder dept., Ink and Press crews towards detailed job specifications.
Organize and maintain tooling library
Coordinates customer approvals for new graphics or inks
Conducts all work in accordance with the established quality management system to ensure product quality and continual improvement.
Occasional visits to customer to verify customer requirements and/or specifications.
Occasional visit to engraver to go over engraving specifications.
Maintains and follows all company policies and procedures for EHS, personal protection, and hazard materials/waste handling according to established guidelines.
Follow all personal protection procedures by use of appropriate personal protective equipment at all times while in designated areas and specific tasks requiring the use of PPE.
Follow the established procedures and guidelines for the handling and disposal of all hazardous materials/waste.
On a regular basis, examines work areas to keep it in a safe and neat condition.
Effectively demonstrates the ability to maintain work area in a safe and proper working order
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum High School education and 2-3 years experience in gravure printing desired.

**Job Description**
**Injection Molding Maintenance Technician**
**FLSA Status: Non-Exempt**
**SUMMARY**
Maintains all production machinery and mechanical equipment that comprises the total process of producing PET containers to ensure efficient operation of the machines and facility.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Accountable for all projects, repairs and /or improvements on the line as well as any mold changes and maintaining preventative maintenance.
- Ensure proper and safe operational conditions of all production and related equipment.
- Improve the production equipment, utilities, efficiency and reliability.
- Recommend, plan, repair, modify, and fabricate any necessary elements following a problem or a project, which may have an effect on the productivity.
- Analyze and resolve all issues related to the equipment.
- Ensures cleanliness of all equipment and related areas after repairs or PM's.
- Assist in updating, developing and improving equipment PM program.
- Communicate to the supervisor on the condition of all production equipment.
- Assist and train production employees in machine conversions and PM's.
- Assist other maintenance employees with repairs, PM, installation commissioning and testing of equipment.
- Assist in maintaining appropriate stock of spare parts ensuring that parts catalogue is up-to-date, parts room is organized and kept clean.
- Keep all tools in good and safe condition and ensure tools are returned to its appropriate location.
- Ensuring toolbox is parked in the designated area after job is completed, top of box must be kept clean of parts and lubricants.
- Direct and advise production employees in machine conversion and PM's.
- Flexible-if Over Time is required and covering for vacation.
- Ensuring the HazMat area is kept clean and waste material is properly disposed of.
- Ensuring the PM cart is stocked and organized.
- Perform all duties, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Shift Maintenance will also have the systems room checks, Pressco checks, Daily shop housekeeping and Video jet daily PM's to perform.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:**
- Ability to organize own work within the schedules in the most effective and economical way.
- Able to conduct work in a manner that will bring credit to the incumbent, maintenance department and Amcor
- Provincial/Industrial mechanic certification.
- Knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic
- Have basic knowledge in electricity and control.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods of time. Breaks will be the only time you will have an opportunity to sit.
- Must be able to coordinate movements quickly and accurately in a high output production area.
- Must demonstrate ability though previous work assignments to work effectively in a fast-paced high-quality manufacturing environment.
- Must willingly accept any other duties/changes to position to fit the needs for production as requested by Shift Supervisor.
- Must wear safety equipment, personal protective equipment, as required in the area or to perform specific job duties.
- Perform all good housekeeping assignments.
- Able to help organize and maintain maintenance areas and stock room.
**Physical Requirements**
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk and is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stoop and kneel, and climb stairs. Operates Press to develop end-result printed material in accordance with customer specifications:
Operate press, troubleshoot and monitor press operation. By performing a variety of make ready task and press operations from mixing inks and solvents, replenishing supplies, resolving printing defects and adjustments to press to produce high quality product. Fill auto viscosity containers, solvent tanks and cans as needed. Make adjustments, clear jams, while processing product, maintaining speed and quality. QUALITY:
Ensure quality of jobs completed by reviewing for quality and accuracy. Makes sure jobs are complete and error free.
Inspect cartons for proper color, register, cutting, creasing and defect free. Ensures finished product meets or exceeds customer expectations. Ensure all checklists are completed.
EHS AND CLEAN:

Job DescriptionSUMMARYAssigns work to forklift operators as needed to insure the warehouse meets all internal and external customer demands. Greets drivers and directs them accordingly to dock times and availability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Operates and maintains forklift in a safe and efficient manner using work instructions, inspection checklist, visual management and computer interface.

Job Description
Injection Molding Maintenance Technician
FLSA Status: Non-Exempt
SUMMARY
Maintains all production machinery and mechanical equipment that comprises the total process of producing PET containers to ensure efficient operation of the machines and facility.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Accountable for all projects, repairs and /or improvements on the line as well as any mold changes and maintaining preventative maintenance.
• Ensure proper and safe operational conditions of all production and related equipment.
• Improve the production equipment, utilities, efficiency and reliability.
• Recommend, plan, repair, modify, and fabricate any necessary elements following a problem or a project, which may have an effect on the productivity.
• Analyze and resolve all issues related to the equipment.
• Ensures cleanliness of all equipment and related areas after repairs or PM's.
• Assist in updating, developing and improving equipment PM program.
• Communicate to the supervisor on the condition of all production equipment.
• Assist and train production employees in machine conversions and PM's.
• Assist other maintenance employees with repairs, PM, installation commissioning and testing of equipment.
• Assist in maintaining appropriate stock of spare parts ensuring that parts catalogue is up-to-date, parts room is organized and kept clean.
• Keep all tools in good and safe condition and ensure tools are returned to its appropriate location.
• Ensuring toolbox is parked in the designated area after job is completed, top of box must be kept clean of parts and lubricants.
• Direct and advise production employees in machine conversion and PM's.
• Flexible-if Over Time is required and covering for vacation.
• Ensuring the HazMat area is kept clean and waste material is properly disposed of.
• Ensuring the PM cart is stocked and organized.
• Perform all duties, in a safe and efficient manner.
• Shift Maintenance will also have the systems room checks, Pressco checks, Daily shop housekeeping and Video jet daily PM's to perform.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to organize own work within the schedules in the most effective and economical way.
• Able to conduct work in a manner that will bring credit to the incumbent, maintenance department and Amcor
• Provincial/Industrial mechanic certification.
• Knowledge in hydraulic and pneumatic
• Have basic knowledge in electricity and control.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for extended periods of time. Breaks will be the only time you will have an opportunity to sit.
• Must be able to coordinate movements quickly and accurately in a high output production area.
• Must demonstrate ability though previous work assignments to work effectively in a fast-paced high-quality manufacturing environment.
• Must willingly accept any other duties/changes to position to fit the needs for production as requested by Shift Supervisor.
• Must wear safety equipment, personal protective equipment, as required in the area or to perform specific job duties.
• Perform all good housekeeping assignments.
• Able to help organize and maintain maintenance areas and stock room.
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk and is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, stoop and kneel, and climb stairs. The employee is regularly required to communicate with other employees and be aware of sounds in the plant. Employee is required to be awake and alert during all work hours. The employee must also occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

EDUCATION
Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or government regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interests, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

The employee must also frequently lift and/or move 50 pounds.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Job is performed near moving mechanical parts and occasionally in high, precarious places. Safety glasses are required to be worn. The noise level is loud, requiring hearing protection to be worn. GMP procedures are observed in all areas of the plant.
