Job Duties
Hazardous Materials Analysis: Analyze, evaluate, and categorize hazardous materials by assigning UN classifications for transportation. Monitor and flag dangerous goods for all new and existing products. Extract, review, interpret and prepare necessary data for hazardous materials from multiple systems. Work with supply chain and branch operations to determine, maintain, and audit hazardous materials. Provide requirements to internal stakeholders. Create a metric for shipments. Ensure auditability of UN classifications.
Continuous Process Improvement Analysis: Identify actions and implement process changes. Work to implement processes that support hazardous materials identification and reduce compliance risk. Develop and implement safety procedures of hazardous materials. Work independently to conduct analysis.
Research, Planning, and Implementation of Educational Programs: Research regulations and best practices to plan changes and oversee implementation. Document procedures. Aid in developing training that meet regulations.
Supply Chain Team Support: Support Supply Chain program activities. Troubleshoot hazmat transportation issues. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
2-4 years related experience
Associate degree (Supply Chain or Logistics)
Non-degree considered if 6+ years of related experience along with a high school diploma or GED
Frequent travel and overnight stays
Job requires employee to drive a personal vehicle
Preferred Qualifications
Experienced in Transportation of Dangerous Goods. international and domestic shipping and regulations under Code of Federal Regulations Title 49, International Air Transport Association, and International Maritime Dangerous Goods.
Good organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to lead as individual contributor and work as contributing team member on cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills, detail oriented, and able to multi-task.
Professional with high degree of autonomy.
Proven problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Perform rework and inspection tasks on products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying defects.
Record and maintain data related to product quality and traceability as required.
Complete all necessary transactional steps for receiving and shipping materials, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Maintain an organized workspace and assist in stock handling and picking as needed.
**Required Skills:**
GED or High School Diploma.
Proficiency in stock handling and product handling practices.
Experience in material handling, including the safe operation of pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse and production environments. Ability to lift 50lbs.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Assemble various products in a cleanroom environment while adhering to strict cleanliness protocols, including wearing a smock, mask, hearing protection, hairnet, shoe covers, and gloves.
Package finished products according to visual work instructions and regulatory requirements.
Perform rework and inspection tasks on products, ensuring adherence to quality standards and identifying defects.
Record and maintain data related to product quality and traceability as required.
Complete all necessary transactional steps for receiving and shipping materials, ensuring accurate inventory management.
Maintain an organized workspace and assist in stock handling and picking as needed.
**Required Skills:**
GED or High School Diploma.
Proficiency in stock handling and product handling practices.
Experience in material handling, including the safe operation of pallet jacks.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects in products.
Strong computer skills.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse and production environments. Ability to lift 50lbs.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
**Preferred Skill:**
Experience Operating a Forklift in a Warehouse Environment.
Familiarity with inventory management systems, particularly SAP.
