Key Responsibilities:
Executive Support
Provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership
Create and format professional presentations in PowerPoint, often incorporating graphic design elements
Develop, maintain, and analyze reports, spreadsheets, and data using Microsoft Excel
Draft and edit documents, correspondence, and reports in Microsoft Word
Assist in preparing visually appealing materials for meetings, proposals, and events
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Support project management tasks and ensure timely follow-up on action items
Assist with light graphic design tasks, including basic editing of marketing materials, infographics, and internal documents
Prepare accurate and timely expense reports
Occasional travel between Denver office locations required
Operations Support
Plan, coordinate, and/or support activities and events
Coordinate venues, vendors, budget, invite list, and research activities
Arrange catering for meetings and events
Support clients contact list maintenance
Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and visitors
Coordinate with Operations Manager and Project Managers to get invoices approved and to accounting
Directed administrative support to the Project Managers and the Project Directors
Marketing and Proposal Coordination
Work with engineers, scientists, and other technical staff to produce compliant and compelling stories
Support copywriting and copyediting
Assist with the creation and maintenance of project descriptions
Assist with preparing resumes
Qualifications/Skills Required:
Minimum seven years as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership roles, or in a similar administrative role
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and professionalism
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word (required)
Experience with graphic design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)
Strong organizational and time management skills
High attention to detail and a keen eye for design
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Conduct on-site observations of the Work in progress to determine compliance with contract documents. Review shop drawing and plans for conformity. Coordinate with contractors and sub-contractors. Attend weekly meetings, review site testing and reports for Quality adherence. Review monthly schedule and pay estimate updates. Track action logs, generate punch lists, and project close out duties. Daily onsite accountability is required with project needs and schedule demands. Solid communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications/Skills required:
A minimum of 5 years in field management roles is required. Understanding of CM duties is required with proven project experience in Wastewater, Water Treatment, and Water Conveyance fields. Initially you will provide engineering support to our existing solid waste practices consisting of landfill, leachate, and landfill gas design, air permitting, and construction oversight for private and municipal clients. Qualifications
A minimum of 1 year of environmental control system OM&M experience is required.
Working knowledge in the use of various computer/technology skills including Smartphones, Tablets, and Microsoft Office Programs (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel) required.
Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record in good standing is required.
Must meet physical requirements and pass a human performance evaluation (HPE).
Physical requirements include driving (pick-up truck), walking inspection of improved and unimproved property, lifting, and carrying equipment (up to 50 lbs. unassisted), hand excavation/digging (using shovels/picks), carrying, and climbing ladders, operating manlifts and working from man lifts, operating electric tools (drills, saws, etc.), using hand tools (screw drivers, wrenches, hammers, etc.) and providing services under varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities
Perform detailed electrical power systems design for water and wastewater treatment facilities with minimum supervision by a Senior Level Electrical Engineer
Perform load calculations, detailed conduit routing, motor control center and switchgear design, and specification generation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
6 to 12 years of experience working in electrical engineering
Professional Engineer registration required
Familiarity with power system applications, including calculation of available short circuit current, voltage drop, harmonic distortion, and power factor
Field investigative and start-up experience
Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 820 and NESC
Familiarity with the IEEE color book series
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, articulate, and self-starting
Have the ability to interact positively with clients
Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in electrical engineering
Pay Range
$96,000 to $102,000 annually (if position is filled in the Denver location). This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.

Role:
Hazen and Sawyer is seeking an entry-level engineer for a variety of water-related assignments. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of water, wastewater, reuse, and infrastructure projects, which can include treatment, distribution, and collection systems. Responsibilities include working on a project team from initial studies and conceptual design through construction of treatment facilities. Field work and site visits from design through construction may be required.
