Preferred Qualifications:
EIT certification.

Managing projects, you will serve as the main point of contact for the client, contractors, and Hazen staff in making decisions regarding client expectations, standard of care, cost control, schedule control, change management, risk and claims management, and project performance. Detailed Description
* Advise project teams involved in design-build and related projects, either in a contractor role, designer role, or both, as to appropriate contractual terms in a variety of settings.
* Review RFPs and the associated contracts, provide contract risk assessments including proposed contract changes and exceptions and suggest risk mitigation measures.
* Be responsible to draft and review a variety of agreements, including NDAs, teaming agreements, joint ventures, prime contracts, and subcontracts.
* Maintain close working relationships with applicable leadership team, sales and delivery managers, other members of the legal department, as well as other internal core services groups necessary to achieve comprehensive review and risk assessment (cybersecurity, tax, insurance, etc.).
* Serve as one of the organization's contacts to address questions related to existing contracts and contract processes.
* Prioritize between multiple projects on a time-sensitive basis.
Desired Skills and Experience
* A minimum of 8 years working as a contracts manager or similar role
* Substantial knowledge and experience with design-build projects and standard contract forms (such as DBIA and EJCDC), preferably in the water and wastewater industry

What we are looking for
We are looking for an ERP Systems Administrator who will be the primary technical expert responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and performance of Deltek Vantagepoint. This role focuses on the back-end functionality of the ERP system, including database administration, SQL development, report creation, system upgrades, and advanced troubleshooting. Reporting to the Financial Systems Director, this position ensures the ERP environment is stable, secure, and optimized for business operations. Configure, monitor, and maintain ERP environments, including production, test, and disaster recovery environments
Provide technical support for upgrades, patches, failover testing, and system configuration
Escalate issues appropriately to vendors and internal leadership for resolution
Write and manage T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts to support reporting, integrations, and data validation
Maintain database health, performance tuning, and scheduling of SQL Server Agent jobs
Perform ongoing data audits and develop procedures to ensure data integrity
Design, maintain, and troubleshoot SSRS reports for internal departments
Support ad hoc and recurring reporting requests from Finance, Marketing, Business Development, and other departments

LSA is seeking to hire field archaeologists on a full-time and hourly, project-hire basis from a variety of market locations throughout California. The selected candidate(s) will work with a managing LSA archaeologist for conducting field surveys (either as part of a crew or individually), monitoring on construction sites, and assisting with archaeological excavation. The successful candidate(s) can be based out of Northern, Central, or Southern California.
Requirements
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology, or Anthropology with an emphasis in Archaeology (or a similar field), and experience identifying artifacts and features in the field (such as through prior work experience or a field school), and must meet the local and federal standards and requirements. Prior experience completing DPR 523 forms is preferred, but not required.
Compensation

* Experience working with local and area permitting agencies to obtain site and stormwater permits for industrial/municipal site development required.

Salary Range: The anticipated starting pay range for this position is based on the employee's primary work location and may be more or less depending upon skills, experience, and education. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Renewable Energy Project Manager

What we are looking for SCS Engineers is looking for a Project Manager to join our Renewable Energy Division. The division focuses on renewable energy design/build/operate projects in the renewable biogas and renewable power markets. SCS Energy's biogas-to-energy facilities currently operating, or currently under design or construction, will remove more than 2,000,000 metric tons/year of carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e) in greenhouse gas emissions from the atmosphere. Our projects help a diversified client base achieve their renewable energy goals by reducing their carbon footprint and creating useful by-products from waste material. SCS builds systems that power universities, wastewater treatment plants and dairies; generate renewable natural gas sales; and support electric utilities.
The Project Manager will handle day-to-day project management of the design, construction and commissioning of renewable power and gas-processing facilities as well as detailed engineering activities. Project size will range from $45MM to $80MM. This role is stationied in our Long Beach, CA Headquarters, but can be hybrid. Travel will be required.
How you can make an impact
* Coordinate design and deliverables with in-house resources, as well as outside sub-consultants.
* Prepare detail design documents and specify and select equipment.
* Prepare equipment and subcontractor/subconsultant procurement documentation.
* In coordination with the site superintendent, manage construction activities, including managing subcontractors, QA/QC, commissioning, and facility startup.
* Point-person for client interface on projects.
* Help develop project estimates and proposals.
* Estimating project costs, project scoping, and grant/funding applications.
* Travel to support marketing, client needs, project management and facility commission/start up ~30%.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering preferred, but Bachelor's Degree in Science, Construction or Engineering required.
* 10+ years of related experience required.
* 5 + years of that experience must be in project management preferably in the power or petrochemical markets.
* Registered Professional Engineer is preferred.
* Experience and success with business development activities.
* Successful experience with staff management and mentoring.
* Valid driver's license with a driving required in good standing required.
* Must be able to travel up to 30% with potentially more during commissioning.
Pay Range
USD $125,000.00 - USD $165,000.00 /Yr.
