Combined, our Tempe and Goodyear offices have over 70 employees, with in-house support from electrical/instrumentation, structural, and CAD/Revit designers. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing engineering deliverables, including sampling studies, condition assessments, process modeling, hydraulics, and design reports. Manage data for process modeling and design. Attend client and internal project management meetings. Coordinate with manufacturers and vendors to select equipment. Support multiple projects from planning through construction. Participate in fieldwork and site visits (mostly in-state). Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited U.S. program (other engineering degrees considered case by case). Strong interest in the water/wastewater industry. 0-3 years of relevant experience within the water/wastewater industry. Preferred Qualifications: EIT certification. Advanced degree (Master's or Doctorate) in Civil or Environmental Engineering. Proficiency in GIS, CAD/BIM, BioWin, Microsoft Excel (PowerPivot), PowerBI, and databases. Strong communication skills, self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail. Conducts self-quality reviews before submitting work for additional QA/QC.
