Performs other duties as assigned. What We're Seeking Education and Experience Position requires a bachelor's degree in social work, marriage and family therapy or psychology. Master's degree is strongly preferred. Must hold or be working toward Pennsylvania licensure (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or LMHC). Position requires a minimum of one (1) year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with Mental Health diagnoses, including Thought Disorders, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Trauma History, Anxiety and Depression, strongly preferred. Additional Requirements Position requires incumbent to have a valid driver's license and vehicle insurance. Clearance of TB test, PA and FBI background check, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements. Current CPR and First Aid certification.
