We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our commercial construction team. In this role, you'll support our service technicians and new construction projects. This is ideal for Welders experienced in fabrication, installation work on structural steel, carbon and stainless steel, piping, boiler repair and pressure-vessel welding in commercial settings. Steady, year-round work with opportunities to expand your skill set. What You'll Do Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols. Perform MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core welding on steel and piping systems. Measure, cut, and shape metal using hand and power tools. Fabricate and install welded components at job sites to spec. Assist with commercial/industrial boiler repairs and pressure-vessel welding projects. Inspect finished welds for quality and compliance. Maintain welding tools and equipment for safe, reliable use. Partner with engineers, project managers, and field teams. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent (required); Completion of welding certification/apprenticeship (preferred). 2+ years commercial or industrial welding experience; boiler/pressure-vessel a plus. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, stick, and flux-core welding. Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Solid communication and teamwork skills. Pre-hire physical, background check, and drug screening required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Fluency in English (verbal and written). This position requires successful completion of 6G, D1.1 and R-Stamp (carbon and stainless steel) welding tests prior to hire. Forge Your Future with Us!
