Gerdes has served as a member of our board since 2007. He previously served as a director of CBOT since 2005.Gerdes has served as CEO of Pursuant Health (formerly SoloHealth), a private health-care company in Atlanta, since February 2014 and as its Executive Chairman of the Board since November 2013. He was initially appointed to the Board in 2007 and as the Chairman in 2012. He has also served as a general partner of Sand Hill Financial Company, a venture capital partnership, since 1983.Gerdes is also a general partner of Gerdes Huff Investments.Gerdes is a major shareholder and President of Friesland Farms, LLC. Gerdes formerly served as Chairman and CEO of Transcend Services, concluding with the sale of that company in April 2012 and as a director of Access Plans, Inc., from 2001 until its sale in June, 2012.Gerdes is a member of the Dean's Advisory Council for The Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and serves as trustee for Monmouth College.

Ali Prasad is a Chief Financial Officer at HBO and is based in Esbon, Kansas. He attended Punjabi University.

Cheri Dickard is an International Post Coordinator at 51 Minds Entertainment and Chief of Staff at HBO and is based in Santa Monica, California. She has experience at Freelance and has worked as Slamball - Production Manager at IMG. Cheri attended Albertus Magnus College between 1982 and 1986.

Gloria Bicskei is a Chief Financial Officer at HBO and is based in Hungary. She has worked as Senior GL Accountant at Flowserve, Senior GL accountant at HBO, and Audit Analyst at Deloitte. Gloria studied at University of Economy, Budapest between 2015 and 2017 and Szegedi Tudományegyetem between 2011 and 2015.

Jessica L. Holscott is vice president of Investor Relations with global responsibility for all initiatives related to communicating the company's strategy, growth prospects and financial performance to investors and analysts. Prior to joining Delphi in August 2013, Ms. Holscott had been with General Electric Company since 1997, where she held a number of senior financial roles. Most recently, she was chief financial officer of GE Asset Management, where she led all financial operations for one of the largest managers of institutional assets in the world. Additionally, during her GE tenure, Ms. Holscott served as staff executive to the vice chairman and CFO. In this role, she was integral in providing critical valuation and capital allocation analysis for GE's senior leadership team. Prior to that, she was manager of Investor Relations and CFO of the NBC Universal TV stations. Ms. Holscott began her career in GE's Financial Management Program. Ms. Holscott has a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Dayton in Ohio.

Natasha Shum is a seasoned negotiator, advisor, and litigator with extensive experience in the entertainment industry. She overseas the labor relations department covering HBO, HBO Max, TNT, TBS, TruTV and CNN. Natasha is a board member of the Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers and a board member of the DGA - Producer Pension and Health Plans.

She launched her career in entertainment labor relations at Home Box Office, Inc. in 2006 as Senior Counsel. In 2013, Natasha was promoted to Vice President and Senior Counsel. In 2017, Natasha was promoted to her current role as Senior Vice President and Senior Labor Relations Counsel.

Natasha negotiates with U.S., British and Canadian entertainment guilds for collective bargaining agreements applicable to television, theatrical, and new media productions; advises internal business units (including business affairs, legal, marketing, finance, production, post-production, residuals and sports) regarding labor issues arising under the SAG-AFTRA, DGA, WGA, IATSE and Teamsters' collective bargaining agreements, including high-level deal structures, contract drafting, promotions, residuals obligations, screen credits, day-to-day production and post-production challenges, sports and documentary productions, marketing and the resolution of grievances.
