The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, functioning work environment to allow our operations teams to focus on serving our customers. Schedule: Monday - Friday : 10AM-6PM. With occasional weekends as needed.
Pay Range: $18 - $22 Hourly - Based on experience

Essential Functions
Promote a safe working environment by following all safety procedures
Complete preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation
Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to all material handling Equipment (MHE) which includes belts, motors, relays, and more
Maintain positive working relationships across all the operations facility
Track and store department inventory
Move up to 49lbs as well as stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 8 hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
Work Environment
Works full time with varying shifts, primary schedule may be between 10:00AM - 6:00PM. Occasional weekends as needed.

Must have ability to reach arms above head, kneel, squat, climb steps/ladders, frequently lift a maximum of 50 lbs. of equipment

Work in an environment with fluctuating temperatures
Regularly required to type on a computer or stand-up desk and for 1-2 hours per day
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Experience in the Mechanical or Electrical field
Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE) safety standards accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and safety standards
Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
Able to troubleshoot basic input and output functions

JOB SUMMARY
The OHS Technician is responsible for administering respirator fit testing, audiometric testing, drug & Alcohol Testing, and pulmonary function testing. In addition, the OHS Technician is a vital part of the OHS program as a whole.
SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain a working knowledge of all testing equipment which includes but not limited to respirator fit machines, pulmonary function machine, audiometry machine, and breath alcohol machines.
Calibrate all equipment at the beginning of each day in accordance with manufacturer's requirements. Additional calibrations may be required at other times according to manufacturer's specifications.
Inspect and repair all equipment as necessary.
Conduct periodic surveys of equipment and stations so that all safety and hygiene hazards to customers and Technicians are identified and corrected.
Complete all the administrative steps applicable to the equipment so that all required information is verified and properly recorded.
Administer respirator fit tests in full compliance with CFR 1910.134 Respiratory Protection Standard.
Administer all drug and alcohol collections in full compliance with 49 CFR Part 40 standards.
Maintain and develop customer relationships by responding to questions, concerns, and requests from customers with speed and professionalism.
Thoroughly disinfect and inspect each respirator upon completion of each test
Insure all customer data and paperwork is kept confidential at all times
Keep up to date with relevant safety topics, software and lecture and online training technology
Up to date in NIOSH (National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health) and CAOHC (Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation) certifications
Up to date in all drug and alcohol testing certifications and courses
Strive to maintain personal drug testing procedures that are flawless - undergo mandated remediation within 30 days of error notification.
Respond to after-hour calls as needed
Requirements
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Customer service skills are required.
Strong communication skills both written and oral.
Must enjoy working with the public and have a strong initiative to work independently.
Must be able to adapt to work in varied environments and learn detailed procedures.

Protects patients and employees by adhering to safety requirements, infection-control, drug and radiation policies, protocols and techniques. Uses proper sterile techniques when setting up and performing invasive multimodality procedures and maintains hand hygiene requirements.
Maintains equipment and work area to meet quality and cleanliness standards. Works with engineers and physicists to ensure optimal operational capabilities of equipment. Reports issues to management or appropriate department. Assists in maintaining supplies inventory.
Ensures individuals are safe to enter the department by screening them according to approved policies and procedures.
Obtains, verifies and maintains all relevant documentation such as requisition/chart, patient history, pregnancy status and shielding precautions taken, consent forms, policies and procedures, etc.
Maintains medical imaging records in appropriate system and according to department policies and standards for interpretation in a timely manner.

Part Time Night
The Polysomnography Tech 2, under the direction of the Manager, coordinates the daily operations of the Sleep Laboratory. Within this framework, responsible for monitoring and accessing Sleep Lab quality, policies and procedures, staff and equipment performance. **Job Description:**
+ Performs complex diagnostic and interventional procedures under the direction of a radiologist.
+ Prepares and maintains a sterile field, ensuring proper technique and adherence to infection control standards throughout procedures.
+ Collaborates with radiologists and other healthcare providers to ensure appropriate imaging and continuity of patient care.
+ Ensures quality in imaging, patient care, and workflow. Performs direct patient care duties within the technologist's scope of practice, including monitoring patient condition, transporting patient, and using proper infection control techniques.
+ Maintains accurate and timely documentation within the electronic medical record (EMR) and PACS systems. Supports inventory and supply management, including checking expirations dates, stocking of supplies, and notifying appropriate personnel of shortages.

High School Grad or Equiv (Required) Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Radiologic Technologist (R.T.-CERT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Department of Safety and Professional Services Licensed (DSPS-LIC) - Accredited Issuing Body, Kentucky Board of Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (KBMIRT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Licensed Radiology Technologist - Kansas State Board of Healing Arts (L.R.T.) - Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Radiation Technology - IEMA (MRT-IEMA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Radiologic Tech (MRT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Technologist - Radiography (R.T.(R)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
