Required:

4 years warehouse experience in FDA, ISO, GMP environment.

What You'll Be Doing

What you'll be doing
Verify product for Inbound Processes
Use a Radio Frequency Terminal / Scan gun to process product throughout warehouse
Assure compliance to all procedures related to Regulatory, Environmental, Health, and Safety requirements (including spills, damages, and returns)
Transport material by operating various types of material handling equipment (e.g. forklift, clamp truck, reach truck, cherry picker)

Job Summary

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform basic distribution functions including, but not limited to, unit assessment and replenishment of assigned Nursing Units. Stock and maintain unit supply rooms on a daily basis. Rotate stock and monitor expiration dates on various med/surg products to ensure usage or remove from inventory department prior to expiration date. Identify and resolve any discrepancies, problems or questions related to inventory and distribution process. Report status to Team Lead. Focus on customer service issues such as resolving customer inquiries related to Supply Support and maintaining positive working relationships with individual unit staff members. Collaborate with Nursing Unit staff members on planning, logistics, and supply continuity. Follows hospital, TJC, DPS, OSHA and CMS guidelines and procedures for supply stocking and rotation. The material handler may be present in secure medication storage areas and are allowed to handle and distribute medications supplied by the BWH materials management department. Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:
Receiving Shipments: Unload and inspect incoming shipments, verifying the accuracy of the delivered goods against purchase orders and packing slips. Inventory Management: Store products in designated locations, ensuring proper organization and rotation to minimize damage and spoilage.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company guidelines and customer requirements.
Shipping: Prepare shipping documents and labels, and load outbound shipments onto delivery vehicles.
Quality Control: Inspect products for defects or discrepancies, and report any issues to the supervisor.
Safety: Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized, including disposing of waste and maintaining equipment.
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
Ability to physically lift boxes.

POSITION REPORTS TO: Variable Overhead Warehouse Manager
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Support position is responsible for assisting machine operators in achieving consistent performance against targets, through ensuring the smooth flow of material and work. Individuals in this role are responsible for maintaining quality and speed performance within the scope of their role, while minimizing scrap, in addition to working to ensure the accuracy of all manufacturing data and/or documentation.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Follows the requirements of assigned schedule to meet shipping demand.
* Sets up orders based upon established specifications.
* Stages boxes to assemble orders for shipping.
* Adjusts order forms to reflect status of shipping orders.
* Moves material in and out of stocking locations with scanner.

* Parcel orders will be 4003
* Over 100 Packages a Day
* Completes any required paperwork. ·
* Perform cycle counts as required.
* Cleans area and any assigned equipment.
* Notifies Supervisor of any problems.
* Completes projects and tasks as assigned.
* Advises the Warehouse Manager on issues and improvements pertaining to areas of responsibility.
* Ensures proper inspection for quality of goods packed.
* Communicates safety concerns and issues to supervisory personnel.
* Ensures the compliance of procedures to all company policies.
* Active participation in Lean activities (Kanban, 5S, pull manufacturing, etc)
* Ability to develop and execute projects for continues improvement.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* High School diploma, GED and/or equivalent experience
* Requires the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish.
* Prior manufacturing experience, preferably within a regulated goods industry such as healthcare or food and beverage production.
* Familiarity with basic computer skills
* Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to assess visual differences between products, in color, size, pattern, etc.
* Ability to lift- up to 75 lbs.

Pay Transparency:
The hourly rate range for this position is $21.00 to $22.00; the exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and budget.

Job SummaryThe Warehouse Operator Level 2 is responsible for, but not limited to, the accurate picking of orders of material for production and packaging. These orders include tasks generated by production, packaging, and formulation for materials used in commercial and non-commercial batches. The wrapping, movement, labelling, and storage of semi-finished and finished product from production and packaging is also a primary duty.
The operator is also responsible for the safe transport and proper storage of various types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste originating from the production, packaging, and formulation areas in the designated waste room for further processing. Proper handling and disposal of trash and debris collected in various areas is also a responsibility. Other material handling responsibilities include but are not limited to: loading/unloading trucks, perform receipts of raw materials, repalletize material, support cycle counting, drums containing flammable liquids, gas cylinders, stacks of wooden, plastic, or metal pallets, and formulation tanks.
The operator is expected to be comfortable performing various transactions in the SAP P83 system using both a handheld RF device and PC. The Warehouse Operator II is also required to perform the day-to-day duties of a Warehouse Operator I as business dictates.
This position reports to the Warehouse Supervisor, and maintains contact with Warehouse Group Leader, other Warehouse Operators, and personnel from various other departments during the regular course of duties.

· Supports the receiving area with unloading and loading trucks in the dock area
· Perform receiving of raw materials (API, Excipients, Packaging, Operating supplies/materials), as assigned, within SAP P55 and P83/EWM systems.
· Repalletizes, wrap, label, stores raw material (API, Excipients, Packaging, Operating supplies/materials) from receiving area to warehouse storage location
· Performs and ensures required material movements are properly placed in the rack and scanned using P83/EWM module of the SAP system
· Ensure proper HU label has been placed on the pallet before/after each movement of pallet to/from location in the rack and within P83/EWM module of the SAP system
· Pick orders of material originating from the production, packaging, and formulation departments for use in production batches
· Move, wrap, label, and store pallets of semi-finished product from production areas for further processing by inspection and packaging
· Move, wrap, label, and store pallets of finished product from packaging areas for shipment
· Move uninspected semi-finished product to inspection staging bays as requested by packaging personnel or inspection schedule

· Transport properly waste, components, semi-finished product, finished product, etc. to and from various buildings on site as needed
· Assists personnel from warehouse and other departments by transporting supplies and equipment to and from various locations within the hygiene-zone
· Maintain working area cleanliness
· Escalate immediately any issues impacting job function
· Ensure following procedures and cGMP including but not limited to assigned logbooks
· Support, as needed, cycle counts
· Utilize various forms of powered and non-powered industrial equipment
· Perform various transactions in P83/EWM module of the SAP system
· Perform all duties of Warehouse Operator I as required
· Other tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
· High school diploma/GED required.
· 2+ years warehouse experience required; including experience with powered industrial equipment, and SAP (or similar Warehouse Management system).
· Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experience preferred.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Ability to perform mathematical calculations with the use of a calculator is required.
