Qualifications Education: High School Graduate or equivalent. · One or more years' experience in PBX operations and General Office Practices · Familiarity with telephone communications technique and basic computer software. Entering, accessing and /or retrieving data will be a significant part of the job. · The Operator will need to be able to use Microsoft Office, EXCEL and Outlook proficiently, FAX copier /printer. Must have a least one-year customer service experience in Telecommunications Customer Service where they supported a high call volume .An equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable. Must be a Team Player
