Job Summary and Qualifications
The Claims Operations Lead position's primary function is to support the unit in work distribution and accurate adjudication of claims. In addition, the position is responsible for training and providing direction to Claims Examiners and Audit Research personnel.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
Adjudicates and distributes work assignments including complex claims, resolving all system edits and audits for hard copy and electronic claims in accordance with policy.
Works directly with Health Plans and external vendors to resolve claims issues.
Coordinates necessary workflows for verification of referral and payment on non- participating provider claims.
Resolves provider and eligibility issues relating to received claims.
Processes high dollar claims in accordance with procedures.
Identifies potential system programming issues and assists with resolution.
Performs any necessary system testing for implementation of new processes within the -400.
Provides technical support and training for claims processors and claims examiners.
Provides staff with any and all internal communications regarding workflows/changes.
Recognizes and appropriately routes claims for carved out services according to health plan contracts.
Understands health plan contracts, provider pricing, member eligibility, referral authorization procedures, benefit plans and capitation arrangements and processes claims using this knowledge.
Understands general ledger accounts and posting of claims information to the appropriate accounts.
Generates daily reports, assigns work, maintains weekly on hand reports
Monitors performance and claims processing times to ensure compliance with performance standards.
Perform other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES: This position requires the following minimum requirements:
Ability to communicate well with supervisors and co-workers.
Knowledge of medical terminology.
Knowledge of Department of Managed Health Care (DMHC), and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements.
Knowledge of ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and revenue coding.
Ability to analyze claim issues and "trouble shoot" claims problems.
Ability to act as a resource and/or trainer for claims processors and claims examiners.
Technical competence with claims processing software.
Supervisory skills in claims processing.
Ability to work in a high volume, production-oriented environment.
Detail oriented with an ability to sit for extended periods of time.
Ability to work under demanding performance standards for production and quality.
Ability to understand, implement and train complex claim procedures.
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
Three years of experience processing claims, with at least two years of claims examiner experience.

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Certified Cancer Registrar, work from home, you will be responsible for case finding and abstraction of cancer data for HCA hospitals.
In this role you will:
* Completes case-finding for assigned facilities, including review of pathology reports, the disease index, suspense list in Meditech and merging appropriate cases into Metriq
* Responsible for reviewing medical records to abstract information according to the standards of the American College of Surgeons (ACOS) and the appropriate State Central Cancer Registry

Job Summary
This position is responsible for the American Group Center of Excellence accurate and timely completion of hospital financial operations tasks pertaining to A/R, capital & leases, period end, internal and external reporting, budgeting, etc. under the direction of the ACE Manager. Major Responsibilities
* Prepare assigned monthly account reconciliations for all Balance Sheet accounts, with documentation to support balances. •Conduct variance analysis including explanations on financial reports, monthly actual to budget variance reports.
* Timely and accurate completion of monthly accounting close under strict deadlines including preparation and processing of assigned journal entries, statistics, allocations, and reconciliations.
* Tasks performed in compliance with established processes, key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs).
* Provide field support for tasks pertaining to overall function and respond to all requests for information for Divisions and internal Corporate departments, including Division-based operations and analysis.
* Participates in the preparation for and the coordination of internal and external audits, operating budgets, tax, applicable state reporting and Medicare work papers.

Job Summary and Qualifications
Under direct management of the Division Director, Medical Staff Services, the incumbent provides services for the credentialing and privileging and database management functions of the Division Medical Staff Services Department (DMSS) including, but not limited to, Cactus file review for new applicants and re-applicants for membership and/or clinical privileges completed by the Credentialing Processing Center (CPC), updating the Cactus practitioner records in the Cactus database as appropriate, and utilizing HCA Healthcare tools for provisioning practitioners with appropriate access to HCA clinical systems and role based applications.
RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB FUNCTIONS
1.Cactus Credentialing Tasks
* File Review: Apply the credentials evaluation process uniformly to all assigned RFC/applications, R-RFC/re-applications and Request For Increased, New Clinical Privileges, or Change in Prescriptive Authority requests to ensure compliance with credentialing procedures
* Provider Outreach: Obtain missing or incomplete information
* Prepare summary credentialing reports, including information about flagged concerns, for facility review
* Prepare complete files utilizing Docusign ready for e-signatures to the facility MSO
* Run Cactus reports that support the facility dynamic expiration management process, communicating with both providers and the facility management team (PARA.PP.CRED.36 and MSS-003)
2.Database Management
* Perform facility post Board of Trustees processes including updates to the Cactus system record to reflect all Board actions on a practitioner's Request for Consideration (RFC), Re-Request for Consideration (R-RFC), Request For Increased, New Clinical Privileges, or Change in Prescriptive Authority (RFINCP), including resignations, terminations, LOAs, denials, terminations, or withdrawals in accordance with facility and CPC policy (PARA.PP.CRED.28 and MSS-013 Template)
* Utilize the Cactus system to create and upload applicable communication letters to providers based on Board actions
* Scan Board communication and approval documentation to Cactus provider records
3.System Access
* Submit eSAF system access requests for new access, and changes to existing access, as instructed by the facility
* Management of the EHR Provider Dictionary related to practitioner permissions and privileges
4.Communicable Disease
* Obtain federally or HCA required communicable disease documentation/vaccinations and upload to HCA vaccine tracker database and Cactus credentialing systems
5.On Call Rotation (possibility or potential on call)
* Availability for one week call rotations between Division Medical Staff Coordinator team to address after hours (after 5pm-7am) and weekend on-call remote coverage (Friday starting at 5pm - Monday at 7am) for facility MSS related calls pertaining to access issues, credentialing needs, and questions. Frequency will be based off total number of Division Credentialing Coordinators
EDUCATION
* High School diploma or equivalent, Associate Degree or higher preferred
EXPERIENCE
* At least one (1) year previous credentialing experience preferred
* HCA Healthcare credentialing and Cactus experience preferred
CERTIFICATION

23. Oversees the business development coordination amongst agency resources to ensure patients have access to the right care at the right time and smooth transitions across service lines and resources in the care continuum.
24. Articulates the framework for regulatory compliance to the sales team and its application/implications.
25. Monitor and tracks daily/monthly sales metrics and minimum performance expectations on close rate. Identifying opportunities for additional training to improve individual and team performance.
26. Validation of skills via accompanying on ride-a-long appointments and using metric scorecard to identify 1:1 coaching and development.
27. Complies with all federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations to which the company is subject.

What qualifications you will need:
* B.S. in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. preferred
* Minimum of five years in a healthcare related role with experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
* Minimum of 5 years in hospital and/or health system experience
* Previous experience in supply chain, value analysis, purchased services and/or sourcing that includes pharmacy service line knowledge and experience required.
* Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience (relevant industry experience may substitute the consulting requirement)

Job Summary and Qualifications
As a work from home Cardiovascular Data Abstractor II, you will be responsible for abstraction of data for complex cardiovascular services..
What you will do in this role:
* Completes abstraction process for assigned facility(ies), including abstraction of cases into the required system (e.g., COMET, TheraDoc, Digital Innovations, NHSN, etc.).
* Responsible for reviewing medical records to abstract information according to the standards of various regulatory and accreditation agencies (e.g., CMS, TJC, NHSN, etc.).
* Performs timely abstraction to ensure compliance with standards.
* Completes edit checks and makes appropriate changes on a timely basis.
* Follow standards and CSG/Parallon instructions to abstract all reportable cases.
* Assist with case follow-up as requested.
* Attend educational activities as approved by Manager or Director.
* Maintain clinical knowledge of various abstracted measures.
* Communicate in a timely manner with manager to achieve measure compliance.
* Submit data timely through the appropriate reporting system.
* Resolve errors resulting in the rejection of records from the data entry system.
What qualifications you will need:
* 2+ years of experience in Health Information Management; Coding, Nursing, and/or Health Registry abstraction experience required
* Completion of a certified coding or nursing program strongly preferred
* RHIT, RHIA, CCS certification strongly preferred
* LVN or RN preferred
* Undergraduate degree in a healthcare related field required. Extensive experience (5 years or more) may be considered in lieu of formal education.
