Lead and provide direction for our Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Lead Managed Service Provider in Operations for Azure, GCP and AWS Cloud environment
Drives moderate to complex processing improvements through optimization, enhancements and implementation of new operational features and functions around Cloud compliance, metrics/reporting and cost optimization
Provide senior level expertise on decisions and priorities regarding the enterprise's overall Cloud Operations strategy, consumption, and optimization opportunities - understand Cost controls and the various cost optimization techniques
Identifies, drives and assists in the implementation of opportunities to standardize Cloud environments
Provides Cloud governance, processes and technical advisory support to business units and projects by working cross‑functionally and provides recommendations that support the business needs
Participant as required (Level 2/3 escalation point) for Incident Management
Participate and develop client relationships within Operations, Business partners, Managed Service Providers and Cloud Providers
Work with cross-functional teams to support the engineering and implementation of new Cloud applications or solutions and define the related risks and onboard new capabilities

This leader will explore and prototype AI‑driven solutions to automate incident response, predict system failures, summarize complex telemetry data, and develop intelligent copilots to support Operations teams
Lead research and evaluation of cutting‑edge AI and GenAI tools applicable to Infrastructure Operations (e.g., LLMs, vector databases, predictive analytics)
Design and prototype AI‑driven systems for automated incident detection, anomaly classification, infrastructure forecasting/resiliency - leading to lower MttR and manual overhead in mission‑critical environments
Develop and lead the strategic roadmap for AI adoption in Infrastructure Operations
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cloud Operations teams to pilot and integrate AI/GenAI features into critical workflows
Modernize observability and alerting using AI/ML models for proactive monitoring and self‑healing actions
Lead R&D of GenAI solutions for predictive alerting, incident triage and infrastructure automation
Build AI copilots and natural language tools for infrastructure operations teams
Integrate LLMs into observability platforms for real‑time RCA and log summarization
Pilot and productionize GenAI‑based assistants, bots, and copilots to support ticket triage, knowledge management and resolution workflows
Identify automation opportunities and implement AI‑enhanced runbooks, workflows and self‑healing mechanisms
Contribute to a strategic roadmap for GenAI maturity within Infrastructure & Operations, including tools, governance and organizational readiness
Partner with internal data science and clinical innovation teams to create proofs of concept, build ML/GenAI pipelines, and integrate with existing toolchains (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk, Terraform)
Autonomous log summarization, RCA generation and playbook suggestions
Natural language interfaces for querying system health or telemetry
Act as a GenAI ambassador, helping Infrastructure Operations teams upskill in AI‑augmented technologies and use cases
Qualifications
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field
10+ years in infrastructure operations or engineering, with at least 3+ years of hands‑on involvement in AI/ML or GenAI R&D
Deep understanding of large language models (LLMs), vector databases, retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG), and model orchestration (e.g., LangChain, Haystack).
Experience integrating AI/GenAI capabilities with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python, Bash)
Familiarity with healthcare systems and compliance frameworks (HIPAA, HITRUST)
Proficiency with observability and telemetry platforms (e.g., Splunk, DynaTrace, SolarWinds) and AI‑driven monitoring
Strong problem‑solving and experimentation mindset, with the ability to move from concept to pilot rapidly
Experience with Continuous Integration and Deployment Pipelines, i.e. Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, Git Hub
Has hands‑on scripting experience using one of the following: Terraform, Cloud Formation, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, JSON, Perl or Bash
Preferred
Master's degree

Qualifications

Our team supports the Advanced Battle Management System's (ABMS) Digital Infrastructure (DI) Network Manager program. In this mission we support the Department of the Air Force (DAF) to field and operate the ABMS Digital Infrastructure, which is foundational in creating a unified command-and-control infrastructure connecting/ integrating sensors, data streams, and weapon systems across all domains (air, land, sea, cyber, and space). This will ultimately allow U.S. forces from all services - as well as allies and partners - to sense, make sense and act upon a vast array of data and information faster than adversaries can detect and respond to.
Ability to work in Northern Virginia, Dayton, OH, or Orlando, FL is highly preferred. Candidate working from remote locations will also be considered but must be willing and able to go onsite for meetings.
Primary Responsibilities
The ABMS DI Network Manager Systems Engineering Lead's responsibilities include the following:
Provide expertise in the Systems Engineering Lifecycle for all phases of the lifecycle
Responsible and Accountable for systems engineering artifacts including Requirements, Architecture, and other informative artifacts for product development
Primary interface with customer and other partners to ensure requirements and operational objectives are technically feasible
Facilitate and lead technical information exchange in support of program objectives
Work with technical program manager to develop technical roadmaps to support objectives from customer
Document risk, requirements, interfaces, constraints in an organized manner
Provide performance feedback and program execution guidance to direct reports to plans coordinated with the technical program manager
Build a culture of collaboration and transparency, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed
Basic Qualifications
Must possess a minimum of Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a SCI clearance.
BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience.
Demonstrable knowledge of systems engineering concepts and applying these concepts to Department of Defense programs.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with customer representatives, domain experts, and other systems engineers in the development of complex DoD systems.
Demonstrated ability to participate in cross-functional planning, coordination, and task execution situations involving the full spectrum of system integration activities.
Ability to work well with people from many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience.
Ability to remain flexible and agile to execute per customer needs
Experience in SysML and Agile program execution tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working on ABMS or JADC2 initiatives.
Prior experience support Department of the Air Force programs.
Previous experience working on complex multi-domain systems.
Experience with large weapons systems and command and control platforms across the DoD portfolio.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Change and Release Management: Applies sound IT production and change management methods to all areas of Information Systems. Actively communicates changes within the IT infrastructure to all affected parties proactively and in an effective manner. Follows and documents strict testing and deployment methodologies for all systems.
Disaster Recovery/Business Continuation: Follows the processes and maintains appropriately available network operations environment with primary focus being on EMR, HIS, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and email systems. This includes controlled observation and evaluation of new technologies and methodologies. Testing plans and documentation are required.
Capacity, Configuration and Architecture Management: required.
Capacity, Configuration and Architecture Management: Develops a maturing level of understanding of the Midland Health Desktop and thin client OS, profile version control, application version control, license management, peripherals and VDI. Documents, adheres to, and ensures deployed systems meet all hardware and software standards and configurations. Contributes to system life cycle recommendations and funding requests. Works with the Service Desk staff to provide support on-site 24/7.
Availability/Incident Management: Responsible for the timely resolution of problems on Information Systems hardware and software. This includes maintaining the system operations in accordance with all regulatory requirements with primary focus on confidentiality and HIPAA Security Regulations. This also includes solving issues related to Backup, Restore, Disaster Recovery, print, scanning, AD, DNS/WINS, SSO, and patching.
Priority Management: Must manage several assignments at one time, balancing resources, priorities, deadlines, and time. The work is highly technical, requiring collaboration across multiple disciplines and groups. The ability to work independently is also required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor Science in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of relevant business support and/or information technology support experience.
Working knowledge of desktop systemsadministration, Windows OS and System Center, antivirus, and encryption, VDI, Citrix, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations - Required and Preferred
Current A+, MCSA, manufacturer certification preferred.
MCSE Certification preferred.

The Junior Network Administrator will respond to helpdesk requests and manage account setups, software installations or deployments, software troubleshooting, file restores, password resets, and computer and peripheral installations. This role will escalate any identified cybersecurity risks to internal resources. This role will perform device inventory and develop reports.
Other responsibilities include leading projects and initiatives related to security and network operations. This may include coordinating the replacement of devices, expanding or reconfiguring networks and network devices, and managing system changes to meet compliance requirements. All IT staff report and collaborate with the IT Manager. The position will be included in light on-call rotations.
Requirements
Four years of experience troubleshooting networks and server systems is required. Should include experience with backup solutions, Windows Server systems, switches, firewalls, and wireless systems. Certifications and/or a relevant associate's degree are preferred. Familiarity with privacy regulations and security standards such as HIPAA, PCI, and NIST 800-66 is preferred.
Education: High School Diploma plus four years of information technology experience.
