Offer discharge instructions, follow-up, and referrals to community resources as needed. Serve as a resource for staff, families, and physicians regarding rehabilitation services and equipment. Documentation Document evaluations and care plans according to departmental guidelines. Record each treatment session in line with established protocols. Complete all required documentation, including family education and discharge summaries. General Requirements Uphold ethical standards, demonstrating integrity and honesty.
