We are seeking a SeniorManager of IT SOX compliance. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in SOX compliance, risk management, and audit project management. This role requires a strategic problem solver with excellent leadership skills to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit outcomes across global operations.
What you'll be doing:
Lead the lifecycle of IT SOX compliance, including risk assessment, scoping, control design, and testing to mitigate technology and data risks tied to financial reporting.
Evaluate the impact of new operations, systems, and policies on the SOX compliance program.
Advise IT, Finance, and other multi-functional teams on technical risk and control matters, especially for key financial systems like SAP.
Conduct system control readiness reviews, track remediation of deficiencies, and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
Implement automation and continuous monitoring to enhance compliance efficiency.
Coordinate with external auditors and report on SOX activities to senior leadership.
Provide guidance and training on SOX compliance requirements.
Mentor, coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Participate in or manage special projects and initiatives involving new technologies, process optimization, or system implementations.
What we need to see:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in information systems, accounting, or a related field. Master's degree or CISA/CPA/CIA preferred.
12+ overall years of audit experience in IT SOX Compliance, IT audit, or similar roles with deep hands-on knowledge of SOX and IT general controls.
5+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced, global environment.
Background in Big Four or equivalent experience as a SOX IT program leader in public companies.
Expertise in SAP environments, including knowledge of SAP security, controls, and integration with SOX compliance programs.
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to oversee complex programs.
Strong critical thinking mentality, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Outstanding communication and leadership skills to influence and collaborate with partners at all levels.
Proficiency in audit tools such as AuditBoard or similar platforms.

What You Will Be Doing
Drive the annual planning process, quarterly rolling forecasts, board packages, and long‑range models across all products use cases, business units and regions.
Act as the primary finance partner to functional executives, influencing strategy through data‑driven insights and scenario analysis.
Own, maintain, and continuously enhance the company's core financial models-including the three‑statement, ARR, headcount, and bookings models-to ensure accuracy, scalability, and alignment with corporate objectives.
Partner closely with Product Management to develop and refine pricing and packaging strategies, using data‑driven analysis to optimize monetization, strengthen competitive positioning, and drive margin expansion.
Oversee headcount capacity models, quota attainment, productivity, and ROI analysis for GTM investments.
Build frameworks to evaluate new initiatives, pricing strategies, and capital allocation decisions.
Scale and optimize our Adaptive Planning environment and Power BI dashboards to enable real‑time reporting, accuracy, and automation.
Prepare executive reporting materials, board decks, and KPI narratives for investor and leadership reviews.
Lead, coach, and grow a team of FP&A managers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
Partner cross‑functionally with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Data teams to ensure consistency between financial, operational, and KPI reporting.
What We Need from You
10+ years of progressively increasing responsibility in FP&A, strategic finance, or corporate finance leadership roles, ideally within SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
Experience with IPO readiness and preparing beat and raise financial models.
Proven experience building and leading FP&A functions in high‑growth, global organizations.
Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to senior leadership and board members.
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, LTV/CAC, Rule of 40) and financial modeling best practices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical and business leadership and contribute to advanced solutions in the environmental, chemical, commercial, manufacturing, government, energy, financial, insurance, and/or law sectors. In addition, the successful candidate must demonstrate an ability to generate and maintain a volume of business sufficient to support the growth of the firm. Typically, successful applicants generate at least enough business to support 2‑3 staff members working on MCP related matters.
This individual will have experience managing consulting assignments, must work effectively in multi‑disciplinary teams, is expected to be proficient in the analysis and communication of information, and must be able to work cooperatively with agencies, organizations, and individuals to guide decision‑making. The successful candidate also is expected to be proficient in all facets of project management. They must demonstrate a commitment to mentoring and developing staff and collaboration with colleagues throughout the Practice.
Your key tasks and responsibilities may include:
Site Investigation and Assessment:
Conduct comprehensive site investigations to identify potential sources of contamination, evaluate risks, and develop appropriate remediation strategies.
Collect soil, groundwater, and other environmental samples and analyze them in accordance with standard protocols and regulations.
Perform data interpretation, risk assessment, and modeling to determine the extent and nature of contamination and its potential impact on human health and the environment.
Remediation Planning and Implementation:
Develop and implement effective remediation plans based on the findings of site investigations and risk assessments.
Design and oversee the implementation of remediation strategies, which may include excavation, soil vapor extraction, groundwater treatment, in‑situ bioremediation, or other appropriate methods.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and permits during the remediation process.
Regulatory Compliance and Reporting:
Interact and coordinate with regulatory agencies, such as the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP), to obtain necessary approvals, permits, and closure documentation.
Prepare and submit comprehensive reports, including site investigation reports, risk assessment reports, remedial action plans, progress reports, and closure reports.
Keep abreast of changes in environmental regulations and guidelines and ensure compliance with evolving requirements.
Client Management and Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Collaborate with project teams, including environmental engineers, geologists, and technicians, to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Communicate complex technical information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Quality Control and Assurance:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $136,000 - $221,000 annually and does not include bonuses, overtime or other forms of compensation or benefits. The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Managing Consultant and Leader of the CX team with deep expertise in Splunk architecture, engineering, and implementation to join our Professional Services organization. The Managing Consultant brings senior‑level engineering expertise, thought leadership, and a customer‑first mindset. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through best practices, data strategy, operational maturity, and long‑term value realization from their Splunk investments.
Responsibilities
Provide CX Team leadership that focuses on customer engagements, ensuring high‑quality delivery, clear communication, and strong customer relationships.
Mentor and coach the CX Team consultants, focusing on technical excellence and a customer‑first mindset.
Partner with Sales, the Solution Architect team, and the Delivery team leaders to ensure seamless handoffs, consistent customer experience, and successful outcomes.
Act as a customer advocate, proactively identifying risks, addressing concerns, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.
Lead end‑to‑end delivery of Splunk Professional Services engagements, including architecture design, implementation, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the engagement lifecycle.
Conduct discovery workshops to understand business goals, data sources, and operational challenges.
Translate customer requirements into scalable, secure, and performant Splunk solutions.
Deliver high‑quality documentation, diagrams, runbooks, and knowledge transfer sessions.
Technical Expertise
Architect and deploy complex Splunk Enterprise and Splunk Cloud environments.
Develop advanced searches, dashboards, alerts, and custom visualizations.
Create and tune props/transforms, CIM mappings, data onboarding configurations, and TA customizations.
Integrate Splunk with external systems including security tools, cloud platforms, and SIEM/SOAR solutions.
Troubleshoot performance issues, ingestion gaps, and search inefficiencies in large, distributed environments.
Apply Splunk best practices for scaling, clustering, security, data retention, and platform governance.
Thought Leadership & Advisory
Recommend operational models, use cases, dashboards, data strategies, and governance frameworks.
Provide guidance on observability, security analytics, IT operations, or business analytics depending on customer need.
Lead and manage a team of Customer Experience Engineers, providing direction, guidance, and day‑to‑day support.
Monitor team utilization, project assignments, and workload to ensure balanced and effective delivery.
Serve as the escalation point for technical and delivery challenges.
Promote a culture of accountability, delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Project & Stakeholder Management

Required Skills and Professional Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
8+ years of hands‑on Splunk engineering experience in enterprise environments.
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring customer‑facing (CX) teams, including technical consultants, engineers, or delivery resources in enterprise environments.
Proven ability to drive exceptional customer experiences by aligning technical delivery with customer outcomes, expectations, and long‑term value realization.
Experience serving as an escalation point and trusted advisor for customers, ensuring successful engagement delivery and customer satisfaction.
Expertise across Splunk Enterprise, Splunk Cloud, and associated components (indexers, SHC, deployment server, ingestion pipelines).
Proven experience delivering customer‑facing Professional Services or consulting engagements.
Deep knowledge of SPL, data modeling, CIM, and advanced dashboarding.
Strong understanding of Linux, networking fundamentals, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with large‑scale distributed environments.
Preferred Skills and Professional Experience
Splunk certifications (Architect, Consultant II, ES/SOAR certifications, or O11y certifications).
Experience with Splunk Enterprise Security, ITSI, or Observability Suite.
Experience integrating Splunk with SIEM/SOAR platforms, cloud security, or DevOps pipelines.
Prior experience in a Professional Services, pre‑sales, or customer‑facing engineering role.
